USavoid at all cost After calling to confirm a beanie was available in the size and color I wanted, I ordered it online. The beanie was about ten bucks, the shipping another five dollars. The item was sent to another state as a gift but the recipient told me the item arrived more than three weeks later and it was the wrong size-a child's hat rather than an adult beanie. Skate America hires a whole online team who have one goal: to aggravate customers, rationalize errors and do all they can to avoid responsibility. The first step? Three emails demanding you to establish an online account, next, they want proof that you received the wrong item by requesting that you photograph said item and send it in an email. Then they haggle over a stocking fee. My final thoughts? I would rather eat the 15 bucks than be aggravated further with over six emails from their stale and ignorant "fresh" team. I would rather spend my time letting my Yelp and FB followers know that ordering from this lame operation should be avoided at all costs.

USTo tell the truth… …they shipped the correct item but were a little slow. Quality was exactly as promised.

SEThieves !!!!!!!! My son aged 15 ordered items to be shipped to Sweden for about 150 USD. Only items for 50 USD were shipped, the rest was on waiting list. And waiting was what he did for 3 months and no more items. He then e-mailed SkateAmerica and got ballony answers 3 times then they didn´t answer any more and no items were shipped after 6 months! No money in return and no answers on e-mail. He then called and talked to somebody who promised to return his 100 USD but no money arrived. He then called again, another promise and still no money. If I would have lived in the USA I would have sued them but now I wrote to the US embassy in Stockholm and they had got several complaints of SkateAmerica and were considering legal actions back home. My son is very dissappointed and now much less impressed of USA, a statement I am prepared to agree to... My son has still not got his 100 USD in return one year after the initial order.

USGreat Delivery Recommended by a friend and the entire order was at my door in 3 days!!!! Also found out that the company was just purchased by new owners, I will order again.

US2 months of waiting VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, THEY POST ITEMS ON THEIR WEB PAGE THAT DON'T HAVE ON STOCK. AFTER PAYING $80 TO SHIP 12 ITEMS THEY CHARGED ME ADDITIONALLY FOR SHIPPING, DON'T BUY FROM THEM, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
