CAI ordered a generator and a water pump… I ordered a generator and a water pump for delivery to Holguin in March 2023. Delivery was scheduled for 45 to 60 days. It is now August 2023 and still no delivery. Even worse, is that I inquired about 10 times and no one from customer service has replied to any of my inquiries. I often send recharges to Cuba, but have stopped until this problem has resolved.

USDimeCuba: they help you all the way! This company has an outstanding service. They are excellent in answering your questions. Calling to find out about your transactions is a great experience. I paid for 60 lbs. of medications and other goods to my family in Cuba on July 9th. The shipping had some delays due to COVID-19 infection on the warehouse in Havana and poor service from the Cuban customs. The tracking service is complex like any transaction with Cuba. There is no automation for the distribution once your shipment arrive to Havana. We know that any simple process in Cuba it gets easily translated to a nightmare. However, DimeCuba is helping with their team to make it possible to send medications and miscellaneous to our families in the island that basically don't have anything to survive the COVID-19 pandemic. As you can see, I encountered some roadblocks and still give them 5 stars because they listen and support you. Thank you!

USThey do not "deliver" I sent a 3 pound medicine package for a person in Havana. Besides the 45 dollars I paid ( 15 dolars a pound) and the 3 percent fee for paying with a credit card, the person in Cuba was supposed to pay 100 cuban pesos (the delivery is in a province other than Havana). I am not complaining about the fees because I paid that money so they could take the package to the person's house. It didn't happen, the person had to go get the package himself. Very disappointed.
