Generally good, but support can be a little slow I ordered two office cdkeys (the 2016 professional plus). Both keys didn't work when I went to activate. I raised a support ticket, they took a while to get back to me, but asked for screenshots, which I sent over. I have heard nothing since. Their support page is down and they are not responding to emails. They used to be a great site, this is the first time I've had something like this happen. --------- Update 20/09/2018: CDKeyHouse has since reached out, and has agreed to refund my purchase as I ended up purchasing else where (due to time constraint).

I submit a verification ticket ,It's been a week now，received nothing from them except the automated emails.customer service always has not been online , so can someone tell me how to get a refund? i just recently bought a key and they… i just recently bought a key and they needed my verification(phone number) to "complete" my order but they just took money from my account and have yet to look at my ticket its been almost 2 days. your best choice is to just pay full price because they don't respond on support and make you wait multiple days for help
