Awful Inconsisent Customer Service After submitting a ticket for a key that didn't work, I received my first response from customer service within a few hours. I responded back immediately with the necessary information and had to wait 2 days before the second response from customer service. I am still waiting for the third response and it has been over a day already. It has been a total 5 days since my purchase and I still don't have a working key. I just went ahead and bought a legitimate key from the publisher and will no longer be recommending or buying anything from CD Key House. Save yourself the trouble and just buy from the publisher.

Do not buy! I bought 2 random VIP Steam keys. E-Mail came without my key. Contacted support and they resent me the mail with a key. 2nd time I got a key, which cannot be activated in my region ( Was stated that all the keys are region lock free). Contacted support, yet no answer for over 3 days. Tried leaving feedback on their site where I was told after "Your review will be posted after our Administrator checks it." So I am pretty sure, only possible reviews can be posted there. Save your money and use another platform to buy your keys.

Not worth your time Purchased 2 keys from here, the first one was delivered 6 hours late and the second one was never delivered. Pretty ridiculous since they claim to have automatic delivery. On top of that, their 'customer support' is awful and never reply to you aside from the automated emails. Save your money, don't bother with this site. edit: Key finally delivered but still no answer from customer support...

i just recently bought a key and they… i just recently bought a key and they needed my verification(phone number) to "complete" my order but they just took money from my account and have yet to look at my ticket its been almost 2 days. your best choice is to just pay full price because they don't respond on support and make you wait multiple days for help

Support Staff Needed... Apply Within This site promises much but much of it is eye candy. The prices are the best thing about this site but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Service and support is abysmal, very slow to respond and when they do, their information is always vague. On my last two purchases I have received the incorrect product or activation keys and as such, both orders were cancelled because they could not fulfill their orders as stated. They advertise that you get your keys immediately by email but every time I have purchased a product I have been forced to wait at least 24 hours. Sometimes it is better to pay full price and forgo the run around by sites like this.
