DKOnce again they fail to deliver I gave them a second chance, and purchased new software. I recieved the keys, but in their own text I needed both an ID and key. I wrote back, and as usual, their incompetent support replied that I should use the keys provided. After several mails back and forth even including screenshots, they finaly wrote back that they would look into it. Not quite the fast and easy purchase of software you would expect. I hope this encourage others to be aware and maybe look elsewhere for their purchases

GBAwful Inconsisent Customer Service After submitting a ticket for a key that didn't work, I received my first response from customer service within a few hours. I responded back immediately with the necessary information and had to wait 2 days before the second response from customer service. I am still waiting for the third response and it has been over a day already. It has been a total 5 days since my purchase and I still don't have a working key. I just went ahead and bought a legitimate key from the publisher and will no longer be recommending or buying anything from CD Key House. Save yourself the trouble and just buy from the publisher.

AUDo not buy! I bought 2 random VIP Steam keys. E-Mail came without my key. Contacted support and they resent me the mail with a key. 2nd time I got a key, which cannot be activated in my region ( Was stated that all the keys are region lock free). Contacted support, yet no answer for over 3 days. Tried leaving feedback on their site where I was told after "Your review will be posted after our Administrator checks it." So I am pretty sure, only possible reviews can be posted there. Save your money and use another platform to buy your keys.

CZLong response delay Not sure what happened to this site and folks behind, but there is no support provided to my issue with invalid code for FIFA 2019 ordered in December. Problem raised on Christmas, all the required information provided fine, last email response from January-3 (I should be sent a new code). No response since after 3 more chasers. The only way to contact is via email. Given this was supposed to be a xmas present, it hurts double. If things turned good, i´ll leave a follow-up comment here. ------------ Things got resolved eventually to my satisfaction. Yet there is a great room for improvement as for the communication and perhaps an option to be added to be able to connect with support team via telephone. Raising rating to average.
