USMassive Security Risk I used BentoBox’s Google integration to purchase a meal from a local restaurant. Somehow, a completely random person was able to call and cancel my order in the 10 minutes between order and arrival at the restaurant. Bentobox is unable to explain how this unknown person was able to get my information, call, and cancel my order. I fear my card data is now stolen. Do not use this service. EDIT: Restaurant - John Brewer’s Tavern Location - Waltham, MA Date - May 7th, 2022 I spoke to customer service on the phone right after the event and they stated they could not help or even call me back with an update. They also stated it wasn’t a security concern, refused to escalate to a manager, and ensured me it is simply an “engineering issue.”

USCannot use emailed promo code Attempted to use an email promo code when ordering online that was sent to me by Bento through the restaurant's website. First the application indicated that the promo code was OK but wanted me to enter a 'valid email address' which I did. The app responded by saying that the address was invalid and removed the promo code from the order. I used Firefox as my browser and have found that it doesn't always work well with a few applications. Perhaps this is the cause of the error? Nothing I tried would allow me to use the promo code. The restaurant refused to manually take the $6 off my order stating that I had to complain to bentobox.com. The offer expires on 11/26 and I don't plan on ordering from that vendor before that date. Am I out the $6? The restaurant was the Los Tres Amigos location in Mason, Michigan.

USTheir stated delivery time was missed… Their stated delivery time was missed by 15 minutes - they stated they would advise me when my order was out for delivery, never happened. Really not happy with their service

USHappy to work with BentoBox for the last year We’ve been using BentoBox for about a year now and it’s been a great addition to our overall business. With takeout more prevalent these past months it has captured business we may have otherwise missed out on. My only want is if we could have tracking to know when we have a repeat customer and how many times they have ordered. They would be a useful tool to develop. Thank you.

USI highly don’t recommend this company I highly don’t recommend this company. They are like scam company. Please please someone who’s interested this company, get away from this company. They supposed to give me 200$ check and 150$ referral Amazon gift card after new contract but I didn’t receive it. Also they don’t have their own app. It means you have to turn on their website every 30 min. The problem is that they will give you trash tablet. This tablet screen turn on only 30min after 30min you have to keep turning on, if not we will miss customers orders. What the XXX!!!! Unprofessional company!!!!
