GBI highly don’t recommend this company I highly don’t recommend this company. They are like scam company. Please please someone who’s interested this company, get away from this company. They supposed to give me 200$ check and 150$ referral Amazon gift card after new contract but I didn’t receive it. Also they don’t have their own app. It means you have to turn on their website every 30 min. The problem is that they will give you trash tablet. This tablet screen turn on only 30min after 30min you have to keep turning on, if not we will miss customers orders. What the XXX!!!! Unprofessional company!!!!

GBThey have friendly staff They have friendly staff. My biggest issue is the work. I paid a lot of money for them to build me a website. They built a website with a catering store because they felt this would be best for my specific needs. I didn't understand this since I am an online Grocery store, they gave me a catering menu that a restaurant would use. I informed them I did not like the template they used because it did not really work for me. The staff was unable to make any real changes. So after paying all this money I have to use a website and hopes it works. The template they used asked for a delivery address and I do not make deliveries. The only thing they were able to do was add a note stating that there are no deliveries. HOW CONFUSING IS THAT. The design of the website is simple (which is what I needed) but it's so simple I could have done it myself instead of paying the prices I currently pay monthly. I have another business which I created the website myself and I believe it looks more professional than the one Bento Box built. They also have no application you can use, no way of exporting item list, basic functions that should be available are not. I currently still have BentoBox since this is a new business and funds are low, but once I am able to have my website recreated with a different company I will if nothing changes.

GBThey let you order from closed restaurants, and your first clue is a 3 hour pickup on a 30-40 minute order I ordered via bentobox with availability for a pickup order within 30-40 minutes. Then the email showed up and said the food would be ready in three and a half HOURS. There's no way to cancel the order. The restaurant won't pickup the phone. So we drive there, hoping we can show the receipt and even if we have to wait, we can still get food, but the place is closed, during their marked business hours. They charged my card immediately, but there's no food. Long story short, double check the place you're ordering from is actually open before clicking that button.

GBThis has been a game changer for us as… This has been a game changer for us as well. We integrate GrubHub with our POS and are paying roughly 30% in commissions on most orders. With the launch of our virtual brand, we implemented Bento Box and it has saved us a lot of those commissions. The online ordering site built by bento is way better than our POS offers. Support from Bento has been fantastic. Bento is a little behind on the reporting aspect for their platform. They seem to be responsive in other areas of feedback so hopefully that will improve soon. I am very happy with it so far.

GBI can’t believe I have to give them a… I can’t believe I have to give them a star. I don’t know how they’re still in business. They charged me for two months ($400) while they were “designing” my website. When they finally delivered the design, it was horrific. I can’t even begin to explain how terrible of a job they did. I immediately asked for a refund and they stopped responding. This is a disgusting company taking advantage of small business owners. Charging them for undelivered services.
