Massive Security Risk I used BentoBox’s Google integration to purchase a meal from a local restaurant. Somehow, a completely random person was able to call and cancel my order in the 10 minutes between order and arrival at the restaurant. Bentobox is unable to explain how this unknown person was able to get my information, call, and cancel my order. I fear my card data is now stolen. Do not use this service. EDIT: Restaurant - John Brewer’s Tavern Location - Waltham, MA Date - May 7th, 2022 I spoke to customer service on the phone right after the event and they stated they could not help or even call me back with an update. They also stated it wasn’t a security concern, refused to escalate to a manager, and ensured me it is simply an “engineering issue.”

This has been a game changer for us as… This has been a game changer for us as well. We integrate GrubHub with our POS and are paying roughly 30% in commissions on most orders. With the launch of our virtual brand, we implemented Bento Box and it has saved us a lot of those commissions. The online ordering site built by bento is way better than our POS offers. Support from Bento has been fantastic. Bento is a little behind on the reporting aspect for their platform. They seem to be responsive in other areas of feedback so hopefully that will improve soon. I am very happy with it so far.

Their stated delivery time was missed… Their stated delivery time was missed by 15 minutes - they stated they would advise me when my order was out for delivery, never happened. Really not happy with their service

where is the accountability with… where is the accountability with BentoBox? Why can't the customer contact the delivery service? There doesn't seem to be a way for BentoBox to be held accountable for the delivery service itself. Instead, the app directs the customer to contact the restaurant for status.

They let you order from closed restaurants, and your first clue is a 3 hour pickup on a 30-40 minute order I ordered via bentobox with availability for a pickup order within 30-40 minutes. Then the email showed up and said the food would be ready in three and a half HOURS. There's no way to cancel the order. The restaurant won't pickup the phone. So we drive there, hoping we can show the receipt and even if we have to wait, we can still get food, but the place is closed, during their marked business hours. They charged my card immediately, but there's no food. Long story short, double check the place you're ordering from is actually open before clicking that button.
