Buyer Beware!!!!! Your data is not secure!!!!!! Purchased product to monitor what my son was up to on his tablet. Installation went okay. XNSPY states on their website, This tool will enable access too 16 functions of target phone or tablet. Only 1 function worked for 3 days which was location. I contacted support 5 times for these issues. Also asked for a refund after 4 days of problems. Support team did nothing but reply in email. trying to say the issue was not their problem. Also would like to add that anyone that gets this product and loads it up on a device make sure no confidential information is present. All data that they capture is being sold too highest bidder.

Total Waste of money Product features are conditional which they say in small prints. None of the features are working, but they have the small prints as excuse. Surround record doesn’t work. Audio Recording doesn’t work. Stealth mode doesn’t work. Don’t want to waste my time as well listening nag what doesn’t work. Not worth the money. I'm not sure what good spyware is if you have to get the device every day for 2 factor authentication with their software. If I have the device, I don't need the software. I'm not sure they understand the concept of spyware. Also, you can see that the monitoring is on the phone, the vpn is turned on and anyone that looks at that will know they didn't turn it on and then turn it off. I've spent 2 days, trying to get it to work and it doesn't. I constantly need access to the device, which again, if I had I wouldn't need the software.

Team monitorning is easy It is easy to use. We have installed it on our team's tablets. It tell me everything about how they use the tabs and I can easily monitor it. The features like screen recording, call recording and location monitoring is good with it.
