FRVery disappointing and misleading… Very disappointing and misleading service. Also, they refuse to answer your questions with direct answers. Every time I would ask a technical question before subscribing, they would refer me to a link to the website; no straight answers. Most of the features required the phone to be rooted which again wasnt mentioned until after I subscribed.

GBTerrible software Terrible software. Loaded 3 times snd hardly any features worked. It worked a little better than their customer service. The customer service didn't work at all. Don't waste your money. Garbage company.

GBHappy with the results I have been using this app for 3 months now to keep tabs on my 12-year old’s movements. It gives me his his location in real time and has taken huge load off my shoulders. Customer support was handy while installing the app

GBSimply horrible Simply horrible. Install directions were hard to follow so I started a chat. I was told that I'd need certain credentials on the phone I wanted to monitor and when I said I didn't have them, I was told I could get a 50% refund even though it says, in giant letters, 100% satisfaction guarantee. Super obnoxious cs rep, too
