Pretty convenient. I have used the app in the past and stopped because of the slow update process. Started using it again and surprised its gotten so much better.

They don't really offer a refund They don't really offer a 10-day money-back guarantee. At least not in my case. This is day 10 for me and I have requested a refund 5x due to the service being unable to pull the promised data and locking the monitored user's Apple account. They completely ignore my requests for a refund and every time just refer me to support articles or tell me to try again.

Customer Support was Helpful The app works fine on Android 11. Installation was a bit tricky for me. Had to get help of their live support. Their CR was very helpful and guided me through the whole process patiently.

What a piece of crap app and a scam at… What a piece of crap app and a scam at the very least. Most of the features don't work well at all. Constantly loses connection and misses tracking information in texts, call, email, etc. What's worse is the app is not locked, so anyone that is even remotely tech savvy can easily uninstall the app. The app is not hidden like thier website suggests.
