GBYou need access to the device for it to… You need access to the device for it to work. I'm not sure what good spyware is if you have to get the device every day for 2 factor authentication with their software. If I have the device, I don't need the software. I'm not sure they understand the concept of spyware. Also, you can see that the monitoring is on the phone, the vpn is turned on and anyone that looks at that will know they didn't turn it on and then turn it off. I've spent 2 days, trying to get it to work and it doesn't. I constantly need access to the device, which again, if I had I wouldn't need the software.

GBThis company is a complete scam!! This company is a complete scam!!! Do not order this product it has spyware and malware to gather your personal information!! They charged me $49.99 after deciding this product would be dangerous to install and requesting an immediate refund the same day I ordered the product after realizing this company is a complete scam artist!! They even try to use US celebrity names as a cover for their true identity! Buyer beware!! I just lost 49.99 for absolutely nothing!!

GBProgram does not work no money back Program does not give you info for 24 hours!! New phones do not work. No record calls, the internet records cookies not sites and no specifics. No Google play monitoring type application. Web access is non intuitive . They will not honor money back guarantee. I downloaded within 20 minutes saw it was not functional like portrayed. Though tech was nice he told me they spend money on the program so money back did not mean money back. Google will not allow an app on their site....they used to have one. Now without it you get the web portal which is worthless.

ARTeam monitorning is easy It is easy to use. We have installed it on our team's tablets. It tell me everything about how they use the tabs and I can easily monitor it. The features like screen recording, call recording and location monitoring is good with it.

GBThey don't really offer a refund They don't really offer a 10-day money-back guarantee. At least not in my case. This is day 10 for me and I have requested a refund 5x due to the service being unable to pull the promised data and locking the monitored user's Apple account. They completely ignore my requests for a refund and every time just refer me to support articles or tell me to try again.
