Total Waste of money Product features are conditional which they say in small prints. None of the features are working, but they have the small prints as excuse. Surround record doesn’t work. Audio Recording doesn’t work. Stealth mode doesn’t work. Don’t want to waste my time as well listening nag what doesn’t work. Not worth the money. When I contacted customer care, they said it was written in small prints.

Constantly loses connection and misses tracking information in texts, call, email, etc. What's worse is the app is not locked, so anyone that is even remotely tech savvy can easily uninstall the app. The app is not hidden like thier website suggests.

I'm not sure what good spyware is if you have to get the device every day for 2 factor authentication with their software. If I have the device, I don't need the software. I'm not sure they understand the concept of spyware. Also, you can see that the monitoring is on the phone, the vpn is turned on and anyone that looks at that will know they didn't turn it on and then turn it off. I've spent 2 days, trying to get it to work and it doesn't. I constantly need access to the device, which again, if I had I wouldn't need the software.

Program does not work no money back Program does not give you info for 24 hours!! New phones do not work. No record calls, the internet records cookies not sites and no specifics. No Google play monitoring type application. Web access is non intuitive . They will not honor money back guarantee. I downloaded within 20 minutes saw it was not functional like portrayed. Though tech was nice he told me they spend money on the program so money back did not mean money back. Google will not allow an app on their site....they used to have one. Now without it you get the web portal which is worthless.
