INTotal Waste of money Product features are conditional which they say in small prints. None of the features are working, but they have the small prints as excuse. Surround record doesn’t work. Audio Recording doesn’t work. Stealth mode doesn’t work. Don’t want to waste my time as well listening nag what doesn’t work. Not worth the money. When I contacted customer care, they said it was written in small prints.

GBNo Stealth mode, Weak Tech support, No Refund Working in Visible mode only, Weak Tech support, No Refund. contacted techsupport for issues faced after installation on Samsung A9: - Google play disabled but still sees XNSPY software and suggest deleting it. Got reply from TechServices with screen shot from installation instruction, that did not solve the issue, no further support. - Screen Recording does not work. - Majority of the main function of interest are available only for rooted devices. - Requested refund within 10 days of purchase, no reply at all. Mspy did not impress me either but among two it is better than XNSPY. Most of positive ratings here are bots, with irrelevant comments to the actual functionality of this app.

FRVery disappointing and misleading… Very disappointing and misleading service. Also, they refuse to answer your questions with direct answers. Every time I would ask a technical question before subscribing, they would refer me to a link to the website; no straight answers. Most of the features required the phone to be rooted which again wasnt mentioned until after I subscribed.

GBSimply horrible Simply horrible. Install directions were hard to follow so I started a chat. I was told that I'd need certain credentials on the phone I wanted to monitor and when I said I didn't have them, I was told I could get a 50% refund even though it says, in giant letters, 100% satisfaction guarantee. Super obnoxious cs rep, too

GBThey don't really offer a refund They don't really offer a 10-day money-back guarantee. At least not in my case. This is day 10 for me and I have requested a refund 5x due to the service being unable to pull the promised data and locking the monitored user's Apple account. They completely ignore my requests for a refund and every time just refer me to support articles or tell me to try again.
