DEToo disappointing. Initially, it made a good impression, but !!!! 1) They deleted all the stored data, although I had an active subscription. Without any notification. Simply because the phone app hadn't been contacting their cloud for 29 days.... What an ugly move. Really disgusting. 2) Their app is easily caught by the android system anti-malware ... Well, sorry, I'm too disappointed.

GBSimply horrible Simply horrible. Install directions were hard to follow so I started a chat. I was told that I'd need certain credentials on the phone I wanted to monitor and when I said I didn't have them, I was told I could get a 50% refund even though it says, in giant letters, 100% satisfaction guarantee. Super obnoxious cs rep, too

GBThey don't really offer a refund They don't really offer a 10-day money-back guarantee. At least not in my case. This is day 10 for me and I have requested a refund 5x due to the service being unable to pull the promised data and locking the monitored user's Apple account. They completely ignore my requests for a refund and every time just refer me to support articles or tell me to try again.
