USCustomer Support was Helpful The app works fine on Android 11. Installation was a bit tricky for me. Had to get help of their live support. Their CR was very helpful and guided me through the whole process patiently.

USProgram does not work no money back Program does not give you info for 24 hours!! New phones do not work. No record calls, the internet records cookies not sites and no specifics. No Google play monitoring type application. Web access is non intuitive . They will not honor money back guarantee. I downloaded within 20 minutes saw it was not functional like portrayed. Though tech was nice he told me they spend money on the program so money back did not mean money back. Google will not allow an app on their site....they used to have one. Now without it you get the web portal which is worthless.

FRVery disappointing and misleading… Very disappointing and misleading service. Also, they refuse to answer your questions with direct answers. Every time I would ask a technical question before subscribing, they would refer me to a link to the website; no straight answers. Most of the features required the phone to be rooted which again wasnt mentioned until after I subscribed.

USWhat a piece of crap app and a scam at… What a piece of crap app and a scam at the very least. Most of the features don't work well at all. Constantly loses connection and misses tracking information in texts, call, email, etc. What's worse is the app is not locked, so anyone that is even remotely tech savvy can easily uninstall the app. The app is not hidden like thier website suggests.
