What a piece of crap app and a scam at… What a piece of crap app and a scam at the very least. Most of the features don't work well at all. Constantly loses connection and misses tracking information in texts, call, email, etc. What's worse is the app is not locked, so anyone that is even remotely tech savvy can easily uninstall the app. The app is not hidden like thier website suggests.

Works Great APP WORKS GREAT. I am a long time user and first time reviewer. I used it to keep an eye on lazy employees. No other solution like time doctor works on a smartphone like xnspy. I also use it to monitor my kids and it works great for that too

You need access to the device for it to… You need access to the device for it to work. I'm not sure what good spyware is if you have to get the device every day for 2 factor authentication with their software. If I have the device, I don't need the software. I'm not sure they understand the concept of spyware. Also, you can see that the monitoring is on the phone, the vpn is turned on and anyone that looks at that will know they didn't turn it on and then turn it off. I've spent 2 days, trying to get it to work and it doesn't. I constantly need access to the device, which again, if I had I wouldn't need the software.

Program does not work no money back Program does not give you info for 24 hours!! New phones do not work. No record calls, the internet records cookies not sites and no specifics. No Google play monitoring type application. Web access is non intuitive . They will not honor money back guarantee. I downloaded within 20 minutes saw it was not functional like portrayed. Though tech was nice he told me they spend money on the program so money back did not mean money back. Google will not allow an app on their site....they used to have one. Now without it you get the web portal which is worthless.

Customer Support was Helpful The app works fine on Android 11. Installation was a bit tricky for me. Had to get help of their live support. Their CR was very helpful and guided me through the whole process patiently.
