This company is a complete scam!! This company is a complete scam!!! Do not order this product it has spyware and malware to gather your personal information!! They charged me $49.99 after deciding this product would be dangerous to install and requesting an immediate refund the same day I ordered the product after realizing this company is a complete scam artist!! They even try to use US celebrity names as a cover for their true identity! Buyer beware!! I just lost 49.99 for absolutely nothing!!

Too disappointing. Initially, it made a good impression, but !!!! 1) They deleted all the stored data, although I had an active subscription. Without any notification. Simply because the phone app hadn't been contacting their cloud for 29 days.... What an ugly move. Really disgusting. 2) Their app is easily caught by the android system anti-malware ... Well, sorry, I'm too disappointed.

You need access to the device for it to… You need access to the device for it to work. I'm not sure what good spyware is if you have to get the device every day for 2 factor authentication with their software. If I have the device, I don't need the software. I'm not sure they understand the concept of spyware. Also, you can see that the monitoring is on the phone, the vpn is turned on and anyone that looks at that will know they didn't turn it on and then turn it off. I've spent 2 days, trying to get it to work and it doesn't. I constantly need access to the device, which again, if I had I wouldn't need the software.

Customer Support was Helpful The app works fine on Android 11. Installation was a bit tricky for me. Had to get help of their live support. Their CR was very helpful and guided me through the whole process patiently.
