GBSimply horrible Simply horrible. Install directions were hard to follow so I started a chat. I was told that I'd need certain credentials on the phone I wanted to monitor and when I said I didn't have them, I was told I could get a 50% refund even though it says, in giant letters, 100% satisfaction guarantee. Super obnoxious cs rep, too

GBWorks Great APP WORKS GREAT. I am a long time user and first time reviewer. I used it to keep an eye on lazy employees. No other solution like time doctor works on a smartphone like xnspy. I also use it to monitor my kids and it works great for that too

GBWhat a piece of crap app and a scam at… What a piece of crap app and a scam at the very least. Most of the features don't work well at all. Constantly loses connection and misses tracking information in texts, call, email, etc. What's worse is the app is not locked, so anyone that is even remotely tech savvy can easily uninstall the app. The app is not hidden like thier website suggests.

GBProgram does not work no money back Program does not give you info for 24 hours!! New phones do not work. No record calls, the internet records cookies not sites and no specifics. No Google play monitoring type application. Web access is non intuitive . They will not honor money back guarantee. I downloaded within 20 minutes saw it was not functional like portrayed. Though tech was nice he told me they spend money on the program so money back did not mean money back. Google will not allow an app on their site....they used to have one. Now without it you get the web portal which is worthless.
