My internet connection was really bad My internet connection was really bad. Sometimes I had to wait over 2 minutes when searching for something. I contacted them, but didn't get any useful help. Really frustrating when you're paying for it and it doesn't work optimally.

E-sim not working with no customer service available Unfortunately after buying multiple packages none of them work as I don't have any network! It is impossible to speak with customer service either on the app, chat or email and I have difficulties asking for help/ refund! Extremely frustrated by the experience so will not recommend the service as if anything happened you won't get any help!

eSims for Vietnam don't work I bought 2 eSims 5Gb for Vietnam for my mussus and myself. Mine was activated on the first day but my missus's would not until the second day in Ho Chi Minh City. We have the same Samsung mobiles and same settings. The staff was responsive but the eSim just would not work for the missus but the connection came on miraculously on the 2nd morning upon arrival. Frankly we were not sure how good the eSims were as we were spending our first 4 days in a national park and had no need to use the Internet. We only found out the eSims were bad in the city in the last 4 days in Ho Chi Minh city. The connection was patchy at best and non existent most of the time. One evening we took the ferry across the river from the Can Gio Mangrove forest to the city and the connection was dropping in and out that we could not hail a ride to take us back to the hotel. Fortunately after walking for 500m along the main road a passerby told us about the free WiFi in the supermarket and we managed to get a Grab. I sent a stinker to Globalyo and my missus bought a local Sim for the next 2 days. They did not respond to my outrage. Globalyo is a disgrace and must be avoided however cheap they sell their eSims.

Easy Global YO was my first eSIM experience. Travelled in Mexico to little pueblas and the big megalopolis. From the Gulf in Veracruz to Tenochtitlan in Mexico City. I rely on my phone for way finding and never had an issue with connections. Their unlimited data plan set me free from data constraints and concerns about getting lost. No hesitation to recommend this provider. I was a little worried about setup for my first time, but had no problems. Easy.

Email them several times when we had Wi-Fi never got a replied until the next day, they just kept sayings the same thing , my account was activeand to follow instructions. Please check your inbox and let us know if there's anything else you might need." But have received no email or refund . Bad customer service .
