E-sim not working with no customer service available Unfortunately after buying multiple packages none of them work as I don't have any network! It is impossible to speak with customer service either on the app, chat or email and I have difficulties asking for help/ refund! Extremely frustrated by the experience so will not recommend the service as if anything happened you won't get any help!

I wanted to trust their site, by clicking on the sponsored link on Google and after a week of use no more internet data, I spent the day trying to contact them while I was on vacation, I wasted time and money. Today, 3 weeks later, no response from their customer service department, nothing! I subscribed to Nomad E-sim, and I advise you to do the same if you don't want your data cut off in the middle of your vacations. Lousy customer service, useless application.
