DKMy internet connection was really bad My internet connection was really bad. Sometimes I had to wait over 2 minutes when searching for something. I contacted them, but didn't get any useful help. Really frustrating when you're paying for it and it doesn't work optimally.

CRE-sim not working with no customer service available Unfortunately after buying multiple packages none of them work as I don't have any network! It is impossible to speak with customer service either on the app, chat or email and I have difficulties asking for help/ refund! Extremely frustrated by the experience so will not recommend the service as if anything happened you won't get any help!

PTI’ve bought a eSIM for Brazil Scam I’ve bought a eSIM for Brazil, when I got there doesn’t work!! No support at all, no one is answering, no chat support, no email response. I think this is a scam project. I believe I’ve lost my money on nothing.

GRVery Easy Very easy to use once it’s installed and initialized. For iPhone users (with one physical SIM bay) eSIM is almost the only one choice. But it can only be used with a service povider independent mobile! Moreover they send messages in the language of the country where you are intended to travel to. So you have a good chance that you will not Understand those messages at all!!
