BOEsim not working This is the second issue i had with global yo. I purchased a South America esim which worked perfectly, until I reached Bolivia. The esim should work in all South American countries but clearly not. I have reached out to their customer support but have had no response for almost 5 days now. Pretty disappointed with the whole experience.

USI second all the reviews read so far. I second all the reviews read so far.. never again!! Waiting for an hour now .. and no response on the chat box. Emailed 4 days ago received a response a Ninja is reviewing my request but no response so far. I can’t find out my data balance and my app data is not working PDP authorization issue !!!

GBWish I'd checked reviews first been 15… Wish I'd checked reviews first been 15 days and still awaiting my refund. Tried on all media platforms and on app live chat and no answer I also did email with no reply to that also now at 18 days no refund as of 15/04/24

DOI bought the global esim 3 times and… I bought the global esim 3 times and the first one worked just fine but then the second one didn’t work and i bought a third one because i really need it and it didn’t work im very disappointed and there’s no response back from them to give me a refund i hope this problem gets sorted +23037793581652 that’s my number in the app i need a solution. GBBought a Caribbean Esim for a two… Bought a Caribbean Esim for a two holiday. Never worked followed all instructions and still no luck. Email them several times when we had Wi-Fi never got a replied until the next day, they just kept sayings the same thing , my account was activeand to follow instructions. Total waste and money. ****** update received this reply.******* "We are gutted that your experience with Global YO has been unsatisfactory so far. We have contacted you through a follow-up ticket to issue a full refund and 1,000 YOYO$ to discount your future Global YO purchases. Please check your inbox and let us know if there's anything else you might need." But have received no email or refund . Bad customer service .
