The data sim doesn't work at all The data sim doesn't work at all. First there was an expiry issue where they take the date of purchase as the date of activation. I purchased a 15 days esim package even before my trip begins. The team say they have fixed it. However, when I reached Lima airport in Peru and tried to activate, it doesn't work! I had to purchase a local sim card. What a waste of money. I wish to request for a refund and have even prepared all the screenshots as evidence that the esim didnt work and I need to purchase a new sim card. I hope the customer team will get back to me with a satisfactory resolution. Edit: I did not receive any form of contact, be it message in the app or email and I am still waiting for a reply. I’ve bought a eSIM for Brazil Scam I’ve bought a eSIM for Brazil, when I got there doesn’t work!! No support at all, no one is answering, no chat support, no email response. I think this is a scam project. I believe I’ve lost my money on nothing.

E-sim not working with no customer service available Unfortunately after buying multiple packages none of them work as I don't have any network! It is impossible to speak with customer service either on the app, chat or email and I have difficulties asking for help/ refund! Extremely frustrated by the experience so will not recommend the service as if anything happened you won't get any help!
