Emailed 4 days ago received a response a Ninja is reviewing my request but no response so far. I can’t find out my data balance and my app data is not working PDP authorization issue !!!

DOI bought the global esim 3 times and… I bought the global esim 3 times and the first one worked just fine but then the second one didn’t work and i bought a third one because i really need it and it didn’t work im very disappointed and there’s no response back from them to give me a refund i hope this problem gets sorted +23037793581652 that’s my number in the app i need a solution. SGThe data sim doesn't work at all The data sim doesn't work at all. First there was an expiry issue where they take the date of purchase as the date of activation. I purchased a 15 days esim package even before my trip begins. The team say they have fixed it. However, when I reached Lima airport in Peru and tried to activate, it doesn't work! I had to purchase a local sim card. What a waste of money. I wish to request for a refund and have even prepared all the screenshots as evidence that the esim didnt work and I need to purchase a new sim card. I hope the customer team will get back to me with a satisfactory resolution. Edit: I did not receive any form of contact, be it message in the app or email and I am still waiting for a reply.
