Customer Service that cares Found this site when I was looking for a lock for a garden door. They had a good price and a awesome variety in stock. I managed to mess up the shipping info, but after talking to a person on the phone, we concluded the order in a satisfactory manner. Well done Neobits, well done.

First time I called the sales personnel… First time I called the sales personnel and these guys are based out of norther California. I called them to clarify on the shipping charge and the lady did allow me to speak and she was continuously saying "that is the shipping charge" !!!! who are these guys in this planet?????? just stay away from these unprofessionals

I never leave reviews, but these guys are awful I have stared at the screen for about a minute thinking about how to describe the customer service I received. Absolutely awful. They took over a month to send me a couple chargers and another cord, sent me 2/3 of my order with no explanation as to why an item was missing, waited for me to call in order to refund me for the third item ("oh yeah, we don't have that item anymore") and now are saying they're going to charge a 20% restocking fee and charge me shipping for the items that took a month to get to my house! Just wow. I never leave reviews, but I would highly advise not shopping here.

Bait and switch Bait and switch. I ordered and paid for (2) 8" dia. 90 degree stamped sheet metal duct elbows. Two weeks later I received a string of Emails telling me the minimum order quantity was 3 and did I wish to order three or cancel. I replied I ordered and paid for two and if they could not fulfill my order for (2) then cancel. Another week of no activity or communication and I finally called and told them to cancel. Nothing ever mentioned on the website of ordering page about minimum quantities. I would avoid them.

The worst company The worst company. Ordered an item for a medical procedure. Received an email about shipment and never got the item. When called was told, that the order is canceled since they needed our med license. Never contacted us to request anything, just canceled the order. Customer service is rude, do not care about customers at all. Shouldn't be on the market with the way they treat people. HORRIBLE!!!!
