GBI never leave reviews, but these guys are awful I have stared at the screen for about a minute thinking about how to describe the customer service I received. Absolutely awful. They took over a month to send me a couple chargers and another cord, sent me 2/3 of my order with no explanation as to why an item was missing, waited for me to call in order to refund me for the third item ("oh yeah, we don't have that item anymore") and now are saying they're going to charge a 20% restocking fee and charge me shipping for the items that took a month to get to my house! Just wow. I never leave reviews, but I would highly advise not shopping here.

GBWatch out! Watch out!! there is a hefty restocking fee, even when they sent the wrong product. Do not trust the photo of the product when ordering online, It may look like the product you want, but they send the wrong product. then several hoops to jump through and delays getting back to you, until you have to call and press for RMA instructions. Reached out several times to different departments, either no answer, or voicemail only. Complete rip off. Charges $16 shipping for a 3 oz. bubble mailer envelope.

GBCustomer Service that cares Found this site when I was looking for a lock for a garden door. They had a good price and a awesome variety in stock. I managed to mess up the shipping info, but after talking to a person on the phone, we concluded the order in a satisfactory manner. Well done Neobits, well done.

GBStay Away I ordered sony headphones and waited over a week and nothing from them. I inquired if they have started on my order and they replied with that they cancelled my order because they priced it wrong and that I would need to pay more money to continue to process my order. I tried to go to their website to see what the new price was but it seems like their site doesn't work anymore. Still waiting for the refund on my card. it seems like they are out for my credit card information. going to have to cancel my card and get new ones now

GBThe worst company The worst company. Ordered an item for a medical procedure. Received an email about shipment and never got the item. When called was told, that the order is canceled since they needed our med license. Never contacted us to request anything, just canceled the order. Customer service is rude, do not care about customers at all. Shouldn't be on the market with the way they treat people. HORRIBLE!!!!
