I managed to mess up the shipping info, but after talking to a person on the phone, we concluded the order in a satisfactory manner. Well done Neobits, well done.

AVOID THIS VENDOR they are the worst...no professionalism....no respect for their customer...3 weeks and i'm still waiting for my refund for their faulty product...they have no care or concern for the customer....AVOID THEM .....Nina Roy has no professionalism or customer support...they should be blocked from all selling sites and the owner should be ashamed of himself for allowing this person and their customer support to work as they do ....simply disgusting sincerely Msettembre

Misleading advertising and restocking fees. Confusing advertising caused me to place an order that shouldn't have been placed. They charged 20% to return and you have to cover shipping both ways. All and all they basically stole $400 from me in fees for their mistake. NEVER buying from them again and telling all my friends.

Stay Away I ordered sony headphones and waited over a week and nothing from them. I inquired if they have started on my order and they replied with that they cancelled my order because they priced it wrong and that I would need to pay more money to continue to process my order. I tried to go to their website to see what the new price was but it seems like their site doesn't work anymore. Still waiting for the refund on my card. it seems like they are out for my credit card information. going to have to cancel my card and get new ones now

Shipping issue I ordered an item in August 2020, supposedly in stock, it finally shipped in December 2020. It was returned to sender as undelivered. There was no contact from the seller indicating there was a problem, or attempt to resolve the problem, they simply refunded the purchase price less their shipping costs. It only amounted to a little over $18.00, but I feel like I have been ripped off. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
