Watch out! Watch out!! there is a hefty restocking fee, even when they sent the wrong product. Do not trust the photo of the product when ordering online, It may look like the product you want, but they send the wrong product. then several hoops to jump through and delays getting back to you, until you have to call and press for RMA instructions. Reached out several times to different departments, either no answer, or voicemail only. Complete rip off. Charges $16 shipping for a 3 oz. bubble mailer envelope.

The worst company The worst company. Ordered an item for a medical procedure. Received an email about shipment and never got the item. When called was told, that the order is canceled since they needed our med license. Never contacted us to request anything, just canceled the order. Customer service is rude, do not care about customers at all. Shouldn't be on the market with the way they treat people. HORRIBLE!!!!

Shipping issue I ordered an item in August 2020, supposedly in stock, it finally shipped in December 2020. It was returned to sender as undelivered. There was no contact from the seller indicating there was a problem, or attempt to resolve the problem, they simply refunded the purchase price less their shipping costs. It only amounted to a little over $18.00, but I feel like I have been ripped off. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
