GBgarbage their .cert files are garbage. Their service is zero. And their online help text is full of unwarranted humor. Let me tell you one thing about humor: Humor needs good timing. Without timing it is annoying and insulting to the users who have a deadline to meet and are under pressure to deliver. Don't need to read your humor paragraphs before I get to your other garbage help.

GBComodo makes my job easier Comodo makes my job easier! In addition to saving time, my team has found Comodo extremely easy to use. Our rep has been very responsive thoroughout the entire purchasing process. My employees are not very tech savvy, and we no longer have to worry about the dumb stuff they do online. (Only thing keeping a 5 Star review away is limited functionality for Linux.)

GBUnwanted subscription added sneakily I purchased an SSL in a hurry, obtained the certificate with no issues and all working OK. However, after downloading the invoice I noticed that they had stuck on a $4.99 SiteLock Scanner monthly subscription without my knowledge. It turns out that they add this on the page where you enter the billing information and if you don't see it (which I didn't) it gets added automatically. I contacted support immediately and they point blank refused to remove and refund this subscription. The cost is not high but adding products in this manner is in my view very bad practice. I don't mind being offered extra products but I should have to choose to add them, not the other way around. EDIT: After seeing my post the company finally relented and refunded the subscription money and so I have upgraded them to 3 stars. The SSL install was fine and works as it should.

GBComodo One is the way to go Comodo One is the way to go. Previously I had used a different vendor for security, patch management, MDM, remote takeover, and IT ticketing. Comodo does this all under one console. It’s made my network easier to manage and was able to consolidate all 5 of those costs into one. Who doesn’t like saving money?!?
