I purchased the security suite for my… I purchased the security suite for my two desktop computers... biggest mistake I ever made.. both my computers started to have problems, freezing, boot up issues, constant pop ups.. I immediately uninstalled them and requested a refund through paypal.. Comodo has failed to respond, and NO ONE answers the phone at their location... absolutely the worst customer service ever.. Stay away from their products, save yourself the hasse

This company is the worst I've seen This company is the worst I've seen. It's been a month now that we're waiting for the validation of our certificate. The communication via support tickets is useless, they keep asking the same information again and again, each time in a slightly different and unclear way and do not take into account the situation of a non-US company. We've given all the information that we could to prove our identity and it's never enough. If want to loose time, money and mental sanity Comodo is here to help.

Absolutely Unacceptable. I installed Comodo’s free antivirus for Macintosh. When installed, it immediately reported an error with the scanner. Ran the diagnostics, and it found errors, but couldn’t fix them. I tried to uninstall, and it failed, I tried AppZapper. When I rebooted, the service STILL loaded! It had baked itself into OS X. I went the extreme route. Backed up my data, and wiped the disk. Damn unacceptable. I won’t be getting any antivirus products from them again, free or paid. I'm afraid your worst fears are… I'm afraid your worst fears are confirmed. I'm here because the customer support is so rude and unprofessional, not answering my installation question properly that I began to suspect a scam. The certificate didn't work but the guy didn't seem to want to help. The technical support link meant you had to register first but a chat line came up first. Eventually I registered but had the foresight not to use my normal password. I wouldn't use their keychain link either but its up to you!

DISGUSTING with ZERO customer service DISGUSTING service with ZERO customer support, stay away, applied for a SSL certificate, did all the necessary steps, submitted everything and never heard from them again....finally after 3 weeks I chased up on their chat service and the response was: "I am sorry but it is as per the recent industry changes for Code sighing certificates . Now all the code sighing certificates are issued with a Hardware USB Token. This order need to be cancelled and you have to place a new order" NOBODy had reached out to let me know....THIS is how S H 1 T they are.
