Without timing it is annoying and insulting to the users who have a deadline to meet and are under pressure to deliver. Took money but no product Purchased 3 PC software. Link to download software, in confirmation email, doesn't work. Messaged through Geek Buddy and had no response after 3 hours. Phones 24/7 helpline and there was no answer. Was first in queue for 10 minutes before being cut off. Have requested full refund. Hopefully I'll get it... Edit... Been chasing for 6 days to get a refund. Sent numerous emails and tried phoning too.They will not respond at all. Please don't use this company.
