Took money but no product Purchased 3 PC software. Link to download software, in confirmation email, doesn't work. Messaged through Geek Buddy and had no response after 3 hours. Phones 24/7 helpline and there was no answer. Was first in queue for 10 minutes before being cut off. Have requested full refund. Hopefully I'll get it... Edit... Been chasing for 6 days to get a refund. Sent numerous emails and tried phoning too. They will not respond at all. Please don't use this company.

This company is the worst I've seen This company is the worst I've seen. It's been a month now that we're waiting for the validation of our certificate. The communication via support tickets is useless, they keep asking the same information again and again, each time in a slightly different and unclear way and do not take into account the situation of a non-US company. We've given all the information that we could to prove our identity and it's never enough. If want to loose time, money and mental sanity Comodo is here to help.

I'm afraid your worst fears are… I'm afraid your worst fears are confirmed. I'm here because the customer support is so rude and unprofessional, not answering my installation question properly that I began to suspect a scam. The certificate didn't work but the guy didn't seem to want to help. The technical support link meant you had to register first but a chat line came up first. Eventually I registered but had the foresight not to use my normal password. I wouldn't use their keychain link either but its up to you!

Comodo One is the way to go Comodo One is the way to go. Previously I had used a different vendor for security, patch management, MDM, remote takeover, and IT ticketing. Comodo does this all under one console. It’s made my network easier to manage and was able to consolidate all 5 of those costs into one. Who doesn’t like saving money?!?

Unwanted subscription added sneakily I purchased an SSL in a hurry, obtained the certificate with no issues and all working OK. However, after downloading the invoice I noticed that they had stuck on a $4.99 SiteLock Scanner monthly subscription without my knowledge. It turns out that they add this on the page where you enter the billing information and if you don't see it (which I didn't) it gets added automatically. I contacted support immediately and they point blank refused to remove and refund this subscription. The cost is not high but adding products in this manner is in my view very bad practice. I don't mind being offered extra products but I should have to choose to add them, not the other way around. EDIT: After seeing my post the company finally relented and refunded the subscription money and so I have upgraded them to 3 stars. The SSL install was fine and works as it should.
