About two months ago, I purchased an API link: rapidapiDOTcom/sujoyk211/api/mail-sender-api1/ that enables sending emails without an external account or an SMTP server. Surprisingly, it's still working flawlessly. The best part? It costs only $1 per month! I absolutely love this API.

It says you have reached you usage limit even if you haven't used 1% of what you purchased Stopped working for no reason. I used a small fraction of the allowed monthly quota of API calls, less than 1%, but I was prevented from using it further on the grounds that I had reached my monthly quota. Customer support don't reply, no matter how many times you create support tickets. All you get is the automated auto-respond email. Very poor customer service. Very poorly designed APIs.

I too cancelled my subscription right… I too cancelled my subscription right away and lost access, what company does that? Shameful behavior. Plus the API stopped working the very same day.

No customer support - Subscription lost As soon as I subscribed for a monthly plan and paid for my subscription, I stopped my subscription in order not be reautomatically charged the next month. But this action deleted my access to the service! So I contacted the service support, but nobody has answered to my support request, in spite of multiple emails sent. It seems that nobody monitors the customer support.

Exceeded rate limit by accident Exceeded rate limit by accident. Received mail telling me that i "may" incur additional fees. Logged into site -no red flags, or an overview of said fees. Later i was charged more then 10X my montly subscription for exeeding the limit by 1.5X my quota. What a scammy business!
