ILCustomer service non existing I accidentally stopped my subscription to an API on the same day I was charged. I contacted support right away to tell them about the mistake and asked for them to reinstate the subscription since it is a full month I have been charged. The answer was that they cannot do that and I will need to pay for another subscription.

HRI just stopped working on macOS I just stopped working on macOS. The app starts but the app window can't be found. Creating a new file does not work. The only solution is reinstallation. Stay away from this product if you need it for anything work-related.

GBI both write APIs and use APIs on here I both write APIs and use APIs on here, though I more so manage the APIs I've written. Writing APIs: They provide an excellent UI for testing and providing information about your API as well as solid analytics. The analytic views are buggy and the payment method set up is only allowing paypal which means not only does rapidapi take a cut, but paypal takes a cut as well. The payments come out super late. There is almost no protection from fraudulent users, I have one using free accounts (40 different ones) who has gone way over and will be charged at the end of the month, but there is nothing I can do to limit his ability to do this except outright block him or cancel his card (and thus never get paid). Overall, it is way worth setting up with their platform instead of building your own infrastructure. As a user: I have not had any issues with incorrect api call counts. I've also had good experience with seeing what data i sent to their API.

DKExceeded rate limit by accident Exceeded rate limit by accident. Received mail telling me that i "may" incur additional fees. Logged into site -no red flags, or an overview of said fees. Later i was charged more then 10X my montly subscription for exeeding the limit by 1.5X my quota. What a scammy business!

DELost access to the API after 15 minutes I subscribed to an API for one month to test it out. I always cancel these subscriptions so that I don’t forget unsubscribing later on. With this service, you lose your access to the API as soon as you unsubscribe, not at the end of the month that you paid for. So I paid a whole month, and then lost access to the API after 15 minutes. After contacting the support, they just confirmed that this is how their platform worked, but offered no other assistance.
