DEConstantly receiving "Internal Server… Constantly receiving "Internal Server Error" when using different functionality. Since its rebranding the software got worse. I will need to change to Postman etc.

GBEverything is made so hard Everything is made incredibly difficult. Docs are almost always wrong, and if they aren't very hard to understand. They have several different site navs, and for some reason, the main thing people go there for is buried deep in one of those. Don't end up on the wrong page though, you won't be able to find any of the APIs you are subscribed to. Do yourself a favour, just go straight to the provider.

DELost access to the API after 15 minutes I subscribed to an API for one month to test it out. I always cancel these subscriptions so that I don’t forget unsubscribing later on. With this service, you lose your access to the API as soon as you unsubscribe, not at the end of the month that you paid for. So I paid a whole month, and then lost access to the API after 15 minutes. After contacting the support, they just confirmed that this is how their platform worked, but offered no other assistance.

EGDisappointing Support Experience with RapidAPI We tried multiple channels to contact RapidAPI's support, including emails and online forms, but we didn't receive any updates for two weeks. They keep repeating that their engineering team will review our case and nothing happens after that. Very bad experience with RapidAPI.

ILCustomer service non existing I accidentally stopped my subscription to an API on the same day I was charged. I contacted support right away to tell them about the mistake and asked for them to reinstate the subscription since it is a full month I have been charged. The answer was that they cannot do that and I will need to pay for another subscription.
