GBI ordered a Micro Cassette player from… I ordered a Micro Cassette player from radioshack.com. The player was $19.99 plus $2.99 shipping and $1.38 PA State Tax. I called within 5 minutes to cancel the order because what they advertised as a micro cassette player on the acknowledgement was a plain cassette player. Really much different and will not play microcassettes. When I called they said the order was already "in process". "When you receive the product you will get a full refund". I received the product and when had them print the return shipping label the cost of the USPS label was over $15.00 and my refund on a almost $25.00 was a little over $5.00. What a rip off.

GBAvoid Radio Shack, sane yourself the pain Radio Shack has just lost a customer for life over a $4-$5 dollar item. On 01-23-2014 I went to this radio shack to return a coax cable worth about $4-$5. I didn't have a receipt and was happy getting a store credit. But the lady behind the counter said she needed to find my exact purchase record in order to give the credit. Really? Then after waiting for her to search the system and her checking my credit cards, she said since my purchase was not within 30 days, I simply could not return the item. This item was brand new in the packaging, only a few dollars, and I can't get a store credit for it??? I just left the item on the counter and left without the credit. That's how much that item is worth. Radio Shack and this lady are ridiculous. In this market when every other company offers convenient anytime returns, no questions asked, Radio Shack is an atrocity to consumers. Save yourself from the "I don't care about you and don't need your business" attitude at Radio Shack, and go shop at Amazon, Target, Best Buy, etc., etc.

GBNot the same Radio Shack We ordered a TV antenna. They indicated that it was in stock. But it wasn’t. They created a Bogus shipping label. Clearly it was a fake tracking number because DHL’s tracking site didn’t recognize it. Radio Shack.com claims to have “No Hassle” returns. When we made the attempt to stop the order, I read that there are exchanges only, NO refunds. I don’t think that this the same Radio Shack that some of us grew up with. NEVER AGAIN WITH THESE GUYS.

GBI ordered a sweatshirt that I was… I ordered a sweatshirt that I was informed had shipped but I wasn’t getting any updates on it. After a week I called them but could never get anyone to talk with. I tried e-mailing them and then eventually I got a response that said my order has already shipped. I gave it another week and still no update and no sweatshirt. I called again and finally was able to speak with a representative who said he’d get back to me in 24 business hours. Three days later he called and left a voicemail that it had really shipped this time. It took me THREE WEEKS to receive a sweatshirt!! I had read horror stories about them before and didn’t want to believe it but now I do. And if you’re wise, I’d advise you to avoid them at all costs! Then again, maybe if they start reading and listening to complaints and resolving them they could be a quality company again. Right now, I’m not ordering ANYTHING from them! I’m done.

GBI will never buy anything from Radio… I will never buy anything from Radio Shack again. They actually forced me to leave the store because I refused to wear a mask. The order by the local government to wear masks has been rescinded. And there is absolutely no evidence that a mask protects anyone from a virus. You think you can save the world making people wear masks? And by the way; there were no other customers in their store. The management is so stupid they are running the customers out of their store. God help all of us in this country!!!!
