GBScam company I bought a lap desk and it was absolute junk. I called immediately and asked to start a returns process. They state there are no returns. Nowhere on the product info did it state that. They gave me store credit that will never use on their misleading items. A month later, I received an email from them stating that they noticed I was sent the wrong desk and they would be sending me the correct item at no charge and that there was no need to return my other item. The desk never came, so I emailed and got an absolute runaround from multiple people not giving me am answer. I called customer service and they said to send screenshots of this "so called email". I did. Instead of calling me back, I get another email stating that they only sent that email to people who hadn't received a desk. Complete lie. I have the email stating the exact opposite. I'm convinced this company is a scam. Don't buy!!!

GBBeware. This is not the RadioShack you remember. Beware! This is not the RadioShack from the past. You will have to fight to get the posted discounts. Item broke before I could use it. No refunds.Received a gift card to buy more of their junk. Very slow delivery with no updates or communication.

GBI ordered a sweatshirt that I was… I ordered a sweatshirt that I was informed had shipped but I wasn’t getting any updates on it. After a week I called them but could never get anyone to talk with. I tried e-mailing them and then eventually I got a response that said my order has already shipped. I gave it another week and still no update and no sweatshirt. I called again and finally was able to speak with a representative who said he’d get back to me in 24 business hours. Three days later he called and left a voicemail that it had really shipped this time. It took me THREE WEEKS to receive a sweatshirt!! I had read horror stories about them before and didn’t want to believe it but now I do. And if you’re wise, I’d advise you to avoid them at all costs! Then again, maybe if they start reading and listening to complaints and resolving them they could be a quality company again. Right now, I’m not ordering ANYTHING from them! I’m done.
