Radio shack's warranty's are a scam! I purchased a ZTE Muve phone from Radio shack, The service man also recommended I purchase the 2 YEAR extended warranty. He said for 2 years it would cover anything that the manufacture would not cover, including, theft, loss, broken, washed, dried, dropped in a toilet, etc....After only 5 months, I accidentally left my phone in the rain. I went back to Radioshack to exchange my phone as promised! And NOW to be told "I'M sorry we switched warentee's and no longer carry that one, We now carry the "IT HAPPENS warranty" So they can't help me? WHAT A RIP OFF! I dont care who you switched to, They should of contacted me and at least offer me the option to purchase the new one, or as I believe honor my contract and the 2 yr warranty that I purchased. SO all you people who purchased a phone and warranty from Radioshack, you should know that your NO LONGER Covered! Is this how radioshack rips their customers off? collect money for warranty's and then change their insurance providers every other month? I WILL NEVER BUY FROM RADIOSHACK AGAIN! This is the worst company to shop with This is the worst company to shop with. I purchased an LED lamp and paid over $100 for it. The lamp never worked. They would not refund or exchange, I was so frustrated with them. I am now trying other Avenues for a favorable outcome.

I will never buy anything from Radio… I will never buy anything from Radio Shack again. They actually forced me to leave the store because I refused to wear a mask. The order by the local government to wear masks has been rescinded. And there is absolutely no evidence that a mask protects anyone from a virus. You think you can save the world making people wear masks? And by the way; there were no other customers in their store. The management is so stupid they are running the customers out of their store. God help all of us in this country!!!!

Radio Shack is a scam. Do not buy anything from them. Radio Shack is a scam. They sell cheap junk that does not work. When you try to return it they demand that you produce a video "evidencing" that the item does not work. Then they try to get you to pay the return shipping to send back the junk they sold. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM RADIO SHACK unless you are a masochist who likes being absolutely frustrated and cheated. I purchased their earbuds. They would not pair with my phone. They put me through a feedback loop of calls and e-mails always with a new service rep. I swear they must hi-five each other to see how many times someone will attempt a full refund prior to just giving up.
