Scam company I bought a lap desk and it was absolute junk. I called immediately and asked to start a returns process. They state there are no returns. Nowhere on the product info did it state that. They gave me store credit that will never use on their misleading items. A month later, I received an email from them stating that they noticed I was sent the wrong desk and they would be sending me the correct item at no charge and that there was no need to return my other item. The desk never came, so I emailed and got an absolute runaround from multiple people not giving me am answer. I called customer service and they said to send screenshots of this "so called email". I did. Instead of calling me back, I get another email stating that they only sent that email to people who hadn't received a desk. Complete lie. I have the email stating the exact opposite. I'm convinced this company is a scam. Don't buy!!!

RadioShack is the best they have good… RadioShack is the best they have good products and they work all the time they check them out before they send us and I like to listen to their stuff and they have good equipment

Radio shack's warranty's are a scam! I purchased a ZTE Muve phone from Radio shack, The service man also recommended I purchase the 2 YEAR extended warranty. He said for 2 years it would cover anything that the manufacture would not cover, including, theft, loss, broken, washed, dried, dropped in a toilet, etc....After only 5 months, I accidentally left my phone in the rain. I went back to Radioshack to exchange my phone as promised! And NOW to be told "I'M sorry we switched warentee's and no longer carry that one, We now carry the "IT HAPPENS warranty" So they can't help me? WHAT A RIP OFF! I dont care who you switched to, They should of contacted me and at least offer me the option to purchase the new one, or as I believe honor my contract and the 2 yr warranty that I purchased. SO all you people who purchased a phone and warranty from Radioshack, you should know that your NO LONGER Covered! Is this how radioshack rips their customers off? collect money for warranty's and then change their insurance providers every other month? I WILL NEVER BUY FROM RADIOSHACK AGAIN! I love radio shack I love radio shack. I'm glad they're still around in some parts of certain states. I love their items. Not had an issue with any if my stuff I get & its very reasonable too. Great toys for children as well. Definitely buy my gifts from them for my family & friends.
