I have been a customer of Airespring for over 3 years I have been a customer of Airespring for over 3 years. The data team and phone system works pretty well. But the customer service that they try to sell you on if not even close to accurate. Best advice is to run, currently in the process of finding another provider. Dealing with Airespring is a nightmare, if you need to make a change $75 change, if you want to add another line, new contract and takes weeks. Shouldn't take this long to add a line plus another $75 MACD change. Everything has to have a new contract for all devices, not just the new line and take forever. I have over 100 extensions and 6 internet connections with them. Not looking forward to moving, but need to for my own sanity. Dwayne

We recently started migrating from our… We recently started migrating from our AT&T MPLS solution to an SD-WAN solution with Airespring and we are very satisfied! The people at Airespring are very competent, easy to get hold of and service minded. The SD-WAN service itself works flawlessly!

Great Support We have only been with AireSpring for a short time but so far they have the best customer service of any phone and internet company we have done business with. Had a problem one night at about 11PM. Customer support found the issue in less than 30 minutes and had everything back up and running and our phones transferred to our service within an hour.
