I have been a customer of Airespring for over 3 years I have been a customer of Airespring for over 3 years. The data team and phone system works pretty well. But the customer service that they try to sell you on if not even close to accurate. Best advice is to run, currently in the process of finding another provider. Dealing with Airespring is a nightmare, if you need to make a change $75 change, if you want to add another line, new contract and takes weeks. Shouldn't take this long to add a line plus another $75 MACD change. Everything has to have a new contract for all devices, not just the new line and take forever. I have over 100 extensions and 6 internet connections with them. Not looking forward to moving, but need to for my own sanity. Dwayne
