GBDo not do business with this company Do not do business with this company. They have owed me $980.37 since January, 2023. I have contacted them in March, April and May and get the same run-around and empty promises. Either they are completely incompetent or they are bankrupt and can not afford to refund my money!

GBOverall service is very good and… Overall service is very good and downtime has been nearly nonexistent compared to others I have used. My only complaint is when turning up the speed it is a very cumbersome task.

GBI have been a customer of Airespring for over 3 years I have been a customer of Airespring for over 3 years. The data team and phone system works pretty well. But the customer service that they try to sell you on if not even close to accurate. Best advice is to run, currently in the process of finding another provider. Dealing with Airespring is a nightmare, if you need to make a change $75 change, if you want to add another line, new contract and takes weeks. Shouldn't take this long to add a line plus another $75 MACD change. Everything has to have a new contract for all devices, not just the new line and take forever. I have over 100 extensions and 6 internet connections with them. Not looking forward to moving, but need to for my own sanity. Dwayne
