GBWe recently started migrating from our… We recently started migrating from our AT&T MPLS solution to an SD-WAN solution with Airespring and we are very satisfied! The people at Airespring are very competent, easy to get hold of and service minded. The SD-WAN service itself works flawlessly!

GBAireSpring went the extra mile AireSpring went the extra mile to deploy SD-WAN, in a variety of challenging network environments and a diverse set of Internet carriers. They have been great partners!

GBThis company is garbage This company is garbage. Their phone service is unreliable, their equipment is loud and outdated, they charged us rental fees for their equipment that nobody told us about and their taxes and fees were DOUBLE comcast's. They also stuck us with the $850 bill from a third party to install their systems, their internet was from comcast. Our internet and phone bill was supposed to be in the mid-300s and it was actually $500. Then when you try to get rid of them they use a bunch of scare tactics and "adjust" your bill for another outlandish charge of $850. Do not use them!

GBI have been a customer of Airespring for over 3 years I have been a customer of Airespring for over 3 years. The data team and phone system works pretty well. But the customer service that they try to sell you on if not even close to accurate. Best advice is to run, currently in the process of finding another provider. Dealing with Airespring is a nightmare, if you need to make a change $75 change, if you want to add another line, new contract and takes weeks. Shouldn't take this long to add a line plus another $75 MACD change. Everything has to have a new contract for all devices, not just the new line and take forever. I have over 100 extensions and 6 internet connections with them. Not looking forward to moving, but need to for my own sanity. Dwayne
