DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM… DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST!!! I was called by there rep Frank Laramendi portraying that he cared about our companies well being and was willing to double our internet speed only at no additional charge. I even had him provide me an email with this documentation. When i called to cancel my service with Airespring I was informed that Frank had locked me into a 3 year contract and if I want to break the contract it will cost me over $8000 plus an early termination fee of $850. I am paying for internet of 20mbs $482 per month when I can get the same service from AT&T for $70 per month. I have called several times and no one want to return a pone call only emails

Great Support We have only been with AireSpring for a short time but so far they have the best customer service of any phone and internet company we have done business with. Had a problem one night at about 11PM. Customer support found the issue in less than 30 minutes and had everything back up and running and our phones transferred to our service within an hour.
