CAfull refund ! great company ! I installed the product and it didn't do what I expected only to learn after I uninstalled and requested a refund it was a technical problem with my Dell Laptop and not a cleaning problem. PC Cleaner didn't hesitate and gave me a full refund immediately, I am impressed with their professionally conduct and since herd their product is amazing ! a great experience with this compnay kelly

GBThe Best Protection Software of 2020 Been using PC Cleaner Pro going on 4 years and I highly recommend it even if your using Window's Defender, McAfee, Norton's and Avast. It was able to repair 48,880 infected files and remove the Malware/Virus/Trojan that was ignored by the above mentioned antivirus software. Plus what's nice is you can do a complete PC scan via USB Flash Drive.

GBCorrupt Site Stay Away Corrupt Site Stay Away. took my credit card information, stated it was not approved and then hit my credit card 3 times until I cancelled it. will not return emails admitting that their site is Hacked. Buyer beware!

GBDO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE! DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE!! When I recently purchased PC Cleaner 1 year service, I was offered a special offer for lifetime upgrade to PC Cleaner Pro. I was charged for both the 1 year service and the Lifetime service which amounted to almost $200. When I installed it, I started having interruptions in my internet service so I ran a virus/malware scan (eset virus software). Turns out PC Cleaner has malware and the eset virus scanner actually deleted PC Cleaner (this occurred on all 4 computers in my house) . When I tried to contact PC Cleaner about the overcharges, they didn't reply and when I emailed them about the malware issue, they scoffed at me and said impossible.

GBwould give then ZERO stars would give then ZERO stars! purchased a month to get an error that was on my computer, I was charged 15.99 instead of 9.99, office is in london and I am on the west coast of the US. I cant get a refund unless I talk to someone in London, their office hours would require me to be up before 3am to contact them! OH yeah the PC cleaner sis not work!
