it sounded like a great plan/deal last… it sounded like a great plan/deal last year. However, in the true AT&T tradition, with no notice, the bill increased by $23 after contract ended. For the past 8 months, i have had to endure one device wifi, 20-45 minutes of buffering and at times NEVER connecting. At times, i thought it was dial up! not worth it unless you live in CALIFORNIA apparently! And customer service was okay at best. Cancelling the service as i type this review!

BEWARE this greedy company BEWARE. I had been their customer for years, servicing a small number of dialup customers. They were great until June 2020 - we were being charged $0 because we had no dialup customers. Then, starting in June, they bumped their minimum charge to $250, even though I had NO CUSTOMERS. No notice, no communication, and 100% unwilling to compromise. It's on me that I didn't check my credit card statement for 6 months, but still -- completely unwilling to compromise or make this right. Again, billing went from $0 to $250 overnight with NO NOTICE. I won't do business with this greedy company in the future and caution anyone reading this review to think again.

DONT SIGN UP ITS A TRAP Rude customer service, can’t answer question unless it’s in there script. They repeat the same unhelpful things over and over. When you ask for a supervisor there are not any or they straight up refuse. Once you finally get a supervisor they are just as unhelpful ( yes you Jessica) and when you ask for her supervisor best believe she will refuse. They are unhelpful and will steal your money from your account even after you cancel.

Have had this a month now and am quite… Have had this a month now and am quite satisfied. I am in a 24 unit building with at least 30 tenants; each person having a cell phone and at least a tv or computer or both. I didn't get the strongest service and though everyone is using at least 1 device at all times, I have minimal problems. I am thinking of upgrading if the lockdown continues after this month.

Dsl services is HORRIBLE DO NOT USE IT… Dsl services is HORRIBLE DO NOT USE IT YOUR INTERNET WILL ALWAYS GO OUT AND IT WILL TAKE DAY BEFORE THEY GET BACK WITH YOU AND THEN FEW MORE DAYS BEFORE IT COME BACK UP THEN THEY WILL TELL U THAT YOU CAN NOT GET OUT YOUR CONTRACT . RUN DO NOT USE AT ALL
