GBMy monthly charge almost doubled with… My monthly charge almost doubled with the new service I was obligated to buy. This created a real financial hardship. I've never had a service fee increase this much at one time. Whenever I call for customer service I have to explain the situation two or three times and it's usually a simple issue. DSL Extreme is not engendering loyalty in me.

GBThey took forever to even respond to my … They took forever to even respond to my on-line order. NEVER responded to many emails I sent them.. Just automated response with NO FOLLOW-up at all.. They didfn't order the phone service until I made many calls and sent many emails asking about what was going on.. The ONE and ONLY response I got they gave a generic "sorry you are unhappy".. Not a single word about their deplorable actions that made me unhappy.. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

GBService has been good Service has been good, except when I asked to bundle phone, it didn't happen. I had to call back to add it. Then phone service didn't work because the instructions that came with the adapter were wrong; that the service tech corrected for me. And I can't see an order history on their site, it gives me an error. I contacted customer service, got a Ticket [#7774573-2336#] October 27, but have heard nothing sense and still can not see the order.

GBit sounded like a great plan/deal last… it sounded like a great plan/deal last year. However, in the true AT&T tradition, with no notice, the bill increased by $23 after contract ended. For the past 8 months, i have had to endure one device wifi, 20-45 minutes of buffering and at times NEVER connecting. At times, i thought it was dial up! not worth it unless you live in CALIFORNIA apparently! And customer service was okay at best. Cancelling the service as i type this review!

GBWorst company EVER!!! Worst company EVER!!!! They tore our lawn to crap and left cables and flags everywhere for 3 MONTHS!! Totally RUINED our back lawn not to mention the customer service is an absolute fricking joke!!!!!
