USDslextreme is worth it We're glad that our first internet service provider was DSLExtreme. We never had cable internet and weren't able to find a company that provided truly unlimited internet without data caps with fair prices. DSLextreme were committed to bringing us internet and sent a tech out to install our modem. Since then we've had great connection with no hiccups.

USThe anticipation for Wi-Fi was … The anticipation for Wi-Fi was overwhelming, while waiting for DSL. After placing our order, we waited for a week, then they called and told us when the installation will be happening. So no, not two days, about a week to two, from ordering through install! That is the only bad or annoying thing, the rest is awesome. Two xboxes, 4 phones, two tv's, and never a problem with our internet!

USPromised a service they couldn’t give … Promised a service they couldn’t give me in the long run.Then gave me a run around trying to fix the problem.wouldnt. Recommend them, better off going through at&t(same isp) if possible, but I would definitely avoid dsl extreme in the future

USI tried to have DSL extreme set up for …not a fan of this company I tried to have DSL extreme set up for a faster speed which they assured me was possible. After a week of multiple attempts by "inside" and "outside" techs, the service couldn't be done except at the slow speed, I had previously. To top it off they insisted on a cancellation fee to cancel. The techs lied and said I wanted the slower service- what? NOT true, it didn't work!
