GBDONT SIGN UP ITS A TRAP Rude customer service, can’t answer question unless it’s in there script. They repeat the same unhelpful things over and over. When you ask for a supervisor there are not any or they straight up refuse. Once you finally get a supervisor they are just as unhelpful ( yes you Jessica) and when you ask for her supervisor best believe she will refuse. They are unhelpful and will steal your money from your account even after you cancel.

GBThe anticipation for Wi-Fi was … The anticipation for Wi-Fi was overwhelming, while waiting for DSL. After placing our order, we waited for a week, then they called and told us when the installation will be happening. So no, not two days, about a week to two, from ordering through install! That is the only bad or annoying thing, the rest is awesome. Two xboxes, 4 phones, two tv's, and never a problem with our internet!

GBPromised a service they couldn’t give … Promised a service they couldn’t give me in the long run.Then gave me a run around trying to fix the problem.wouldnt. Recommend them, better off going through at&t(same isp) if possible, but I would definitely avoid dsl extreme in the future

GBTerrible service Terrible service. My internet goes out about once a week, and it takes 90 minutes to get someone on the phone. The person who comes on is useless except to waste more of my time turning things on and off. Then they say someone else who actually can fix the problem will call back in 24 hours. They actually call back about a week later (when I'm not home, of course), but somehow they manage to get their service turned back on in the meantime (until it goes out again). Also, they have a terrible email service that quarantines my outgoing messages from time to time for no reason they can explain. I will be switching providers when my contract expires in February.

GBMy monthly charge almost doubled with… My monthly charge almost doubled with the new service I was obligated to buy. This created a real financial hardship. I've never had a service fee increase this much at one time. Whenever I call for customer service I have to explain the situation two or three times and it's usually a simple issue. DSL Extreme is not engendering loyalty in me.
