GBVery disappointed On November 12th my phone service started as scheduled. However, I have yet been able to use my computer and connect to the internet. I've called customer service but the young man was not able to help me and said I needed to call the geek squad to help out. As my computer was working fine before this new service, I'm pretty disappointed with their inexperienced personnel that'll be costing me additional money when I get around to it.

GBHave had this a month now and am quite… Have had this a month now and am quite satisfied. I am in a 24 unit building with at least 30 tenants; each person having a cell phone and at least a tv or computer or both. I didn't get the strongest service and though everyone is using at least 1 device at all times, I have minimal problems. I am thinking of upgrading if the lockdown continues after this month.

GBTerrible service Terrible service. My internet goes out about once a week, and it takes 90 minutes to get someone on the phone. The person who comes on is useless except to waste more of my time turning things on and off. Then they say someone else who actually can fix the problem will call back in 24 hours. They actually call back about a week later (when I'm not home, of course), but somehow they manage to get their service turned back on in the meantime (until it goes out again). Also, they have a terrible email service that quarantines my outgoing messages from time to time for no reason they can explain. I will be switching providers when my contract expires in February.

GBThey took forever to even respond to my … They took forever to even respond to my on-line order. NEVER responded to many emails I sent them.. Just automated response with NO FOLLOW-up at all.. They didfn't order the phone service until I made many calls and sent many emails asking about what was going on.. The ONE and ONLY response I got they gave a generic "sorry you are unhappy".. Not a single word about their deplorable actions that made me unhappy.. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

GBWorst company EVER!!! Worst company EVER!!!! They tore our lawn to crap and left cables and flags everywhere for 3 MONTHS!! Totally RUINED our back lawn not to mention the customer service is an absolute fricking joke!!!!!
