BEWARE this greedy company BEWARE. I had been their customer for years, servicing a small number of dialup customers. They were great until June 2020 - we were being charged $0 because we had no dialup customers. Then, starting in June, they bumped their minimum charge to $250, even though I had NO CUSTOMERS. No notice, no communication, and 100% unwilling to compromise. It's on me that I didn't check my credit card statement for 6 months, but still -- completely unwilling to compromise or make this right. Again, billing went from $0 to $250 overnight with NO NOTICE. I won't do business with this greedy company in the future and caution anyone reading this review to think again.

Dsl services is HORRIBLE DO NOT USE IT… Dsl services is HORRIBLE DO NOT USE IT YOUR INTERNET WILL ALWAYS GO OUT AND IT WILL TAKE DAY BEFORE THEY GET BACK WITH YOU AND THEN FEW MORE DAYS BEFORE IT COME BACK UP THEN THEY WILL TELL U THAT YOU CAN NOT GET OUT YOUR CONTRACT . RUN DO NOT USE AT ALL

The anticipation for Wi-Fi was … The anticipation for Wi-Fi was overwhelming, while waiting for DSL. After placing our order, we waited for a week, then they called and told us when the installation will be happening. So no, not two days, about a week to two, from ordering through install! That is the only bad or annoying thing, the rest is awesome. Two xboxes, 4 phones, two tv's, and never a problem with our internet!

My monthly charge almost doubled with… My monthly charge almost doubled with the new service I was obligated to buy. This created a real financial hardship. I've never had a service fee increase this much at one time. Whenever I call for customer service I have to explain the situation two or three times and it's usually a simple issue. DSL Extreme is not engendering loyalty in me.

Service has been good Service has been good, except when I asked to bundle phone, it didn't happen. I had to call back to add it. Then phone service didn't work because the instructions that came with the adapter were wrong; that the service tech corrected for me. And I can't see an order history on their site, it gives me an error. I contacted customer service, got a Ticket [#7774573-2336#] October 27, but have heard nothing sense and still can not see the order.
