Scam - sneakily charge account and grey out cancel account details Appalling - tried to cancel on numerous occasions and for the ‘cancel account’ button to be anywhere in sight. I go into card details and they’re not there (I deleted them last year after their automatic payment system took money from my account without any warning). I assume they are still deleted. I even followed it up with an email saying you are not authorised to take funds again. Now they’ve took £153 from my account. I call this theft. Software crashes every two mins and you cannot take your work with you in an editable manner so not worth using. Not user friendly. It’s a money making scam

Awesome product - when it works Awesome product, especially for the price, but it's biggest fault is that it constantly crashes or 'hangs' meaning that creating a simple document takes 5 x as long as you wanted to spend. This loss of time is a huge factor and cost in terms of deliverability. Despite reporting it multiple times, Lucidpress have said it's not on their priority list to fix.

More features to be added I am a lucidpress basic package user. I find it has little shape to choose form (hexagon etc); no chinese character fonts (When I use bold on selected Chinese letters, some appears to be regular, some are bold. And then I have to give up the idea of bold). Also, I wish to add features to beautify photos (like some filters for users). Overall, this is a good and convenient way to create brochure, magazine etc.

irritations paste control v is lame. need better way to sort/segment photos having trouble printing PDFs true to size e.g. labels won't line up to template images moved temporarily off page to side disappear

Disastrous Software Using lucid press for essays was an absolute pain. It was practically impossible to get everything set up. Once we miraculously did, it is impossible to run smoothly, no matter the computer. It is so freaking slow that it is an absolute pain. So many glitches and crap that I do not recommend anybody to use this crap.
