GBNO hassle cancellation Though this may be an exception, I had to cancel an order placed the day before. Problem with the PC was not what I first thought and requested a cancellation on their chat line with Dennis. No hassles, no equivocation. Just OK, no problem. Much easier than I expected. Hard to fault that sort of experience.

GBSlow Shipping and Poor Service Took over a week to ship order, site says same day shipping on in stock items. No communication about shipping delays. Order finally shipped when I called to inquire. Once Item arrived, the box was full of parts that were supposed to go to another state. Another week of calls to get them to send a new shipping label to forward that package to the correct customer. Finally, I received my goods, Norte than 3 weeks after ordering.

CAI also spoke with Jose today and he … I also spoke with Jose today and he looked right after me. I am an international customer (Canada) and he helped set up a custom Paypal invoice for USPS shipping as that option was not showing in the shipping section of the website. Thank you Jose, keep up the good work, sir!

GBThey cancelled my order and raised price by 6X I placed an order for an item priced around $25 from them then 7 days later they cancel the order and relist the item for $150. If I had read these reviews first I wouldn’t have bothered with this company. Waste of time.
