Very unprofessional When first launched they offered lifetime graboid star memberships. Then when they got popular cancelled all the "Lifetime " memberships. When I called them on it they proceeded to insult me on social media with pretty foul language when i posted my review on their Facebook page. I immediately ceased to do business with them. Very unprofessional conduct!!

Great App So far so good. I had the trial for 1 day and went ahead and signed up today for an unlimited account. I was that impressed. I have been using Jdownloader for a year but this beats that 100%. Please support these guys so they keep going. 5 stars!!!

No response. I have tried several times unsuccessfully to contact Graboid regarding a refund due after subscriber died. They have not responded to any emails or snail mail requests. I guess money is far more important than customer service. I really wish someone from Graboid would respond.

Don't Use! Unless you want accidental porn This used to be a wonderful program. I have been using it for 5 years. However, I have been noticing a lot of PORN coming up in the movies category, TV shows, and some kids show categories. I will be dropping Graboid, because they have done absolutely nothing to fix their crappy system.
