Useless I have paid for the next generation product for up to5 machines. I have installed it on 2, I have installed it on a 3rd machine and it is showing a trial version. I have contacted Live Chat, that was as much use as a chocolate teacup. Problem not solved. I gave up in the end.

I bought a lifetime Office Software… I bought a lifetime Office Software pack from this company (Paid £179) , ever since on opening I get a message advising that this software may not be genuine !!! This company also installed software which allows your PC to run illegal software packages !! Now trying to get my money back .... but without success. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY>

ZoneAlarm Free Firewall is crap ZoneAlarm Free Firewall is crap, popups, slowed computer, problem program. Make sure you turn ZoneAlarm off by going to interface under Tools uncheck "Start on Windows Startup" first, reboot do nothing. I use only Revo Uninstaller and uninstall. You can make sure w\Revo to remove everything from your computer because you can scan for leftovers. Use Windows Firewall.

Takes 1GB of RAM and Disk at 100% I wanted to try and install the ZoneAlarm free version. They offered a free license for the ZoneAlarm Next Generation Antivirus (Beta version). After installation, it takes more than 1GB of RAM memory, the disk is at 100% and I cannot do anything on the computer. And this is impossible to uninstall. Some folders are left and CheckPoint SBA keeps running in the background and eating memorey/disk. I tried with Revo or IObit: still some folders with dll than cannot be removed. What a nighmare !!!
