GBI purchased a Lexmark printer for my… I purchased a Lexmark printer for my company and it broke down after about 4 months of use. They sent a repair tech out and said it needed a part. Came back a few weeks later installed part says it needs another part? This has been going on now for over 3 months changing all these different parts and its still not fixed. This is a 500 dollar printer they have spent more than that on it. 8 or 9 trips and numerous parts this has been the worse service experience i have ever had. Do not buy lexmark

PTHappy with Printer, very poor support. I am actually quite happy with the actual performance with the Printer, but had an issue with supplies. The Support confirmed they would send new Toner free of charge. They have my physical address, my mobile number and there are people available to receive a parcel all day. Guess what? No calls, no messages, no email, no note in my mailbox saying they tried to deliver. Apparently the supplies were returned because we were unavailable. And today I received this: Valued Lexmark Customer, Your Case, CAS-1946514-XXXXXX, has been marked "Resolved" as of this email. Guess what? I don't feel valued at all. Xerox next stop!

GBUseless guarantee. Useless app. Useless printer Their ‘guarantee’ is a return to base one. Ie you have to pay for a 10kg machine to be posted to them. With it being insured it probably costs half the printers value instead. Not worth the paper it’s written on. As for the printer. I’ve had issues since day 1. Constantly losing connection in a network. Conflicting drivers with windows. The Wi-Fi printing app is useless. Stick with brother

GBNo scanning driver solution for MacOS10.14 and MB2442 I have a printer/scanner, which is deemed compatible with MacOS Mojave. The scanner worked fine with MacOS Sierra, unfortunately when I had to upgrade to Mojave, it is no longer working. The Support team had me fill out an entire questionnaire I added some screenshots and described the issue and as feedback/solution I received an e-mail saying well if you have further questions you can also call our technical support. Man I will not buy another Lexmark printer anytime soon! This is really poor.

GBLexmark printer = poor. Customer services = Good. Our colour laser multi-function printer started having issues after 18 months of light use. We contacted Lexmark and even though it was out of warranty, they did send out a component for us to fit. We think that the Lexmark printer was probably of poor quality at the manufacture stage and for that we can only give ONE STAR! But, for their customer service, we will give them 5 Stars!
