Software and setup infuriating. The software and setup are for the occasional user a complete nightmare. e.g. SMTP not setup. I don't want a message as regular and annoying as the stupid paperclip was, and I don't want to read 20 websites and drill through the setup to find a 'disable' checkbox that should never have been enabled. Printer great. Software (as usual) a mess.

TOTAL RIP OFF AND BAD QUALITY Bought the MB2442 multi purpose scanner printer, Setting it up was a nightmare, could not use the driver , had to make to with a generic driver, pathetic!. Then riddled with errors, all non existent, like paper not loaded when its full, the try guide will not recognize A4 if it is out of alignment by 0.5mm yet there is 4mm of slack, all in all its a poorly designed lump of junk, just dont expect this rubbish from Lexmark. Then there is the TONER RIP OFF, imaging unit failed after 8432 pages, even though they state 60000, so still on its first toner unit and the imager has to be replaced, cost of imager and toner cartridge almost the same as the printer, never buying Lexmark again

My lexmark business printer just went… My lexmark business printer just went bang and spilled tonor all over the insides of the machine - doesnt work at all. if you think business side of lexmark is better and more reliable ...dont! and yea the printer was less than 1 yr old. They will fix it under warranty but what do you do without a printer for the next few weeks while they fix it. just save yourself a headache and go but another brand ...all these poor reviews here are not here without a reason unfortunately...as another person says...how does this company actually remain in business????

Lexmark is crap I would have to concur with my colleagues that Lexmark printers are crap. I spend too much time fighting with it to scan and print, it being offline more than it being online. If you can't create a printer that works with Windows 10, stop making printers. This is my second replacement printer with Lexmark. Never again.

Bought a new C3326dw and had printing… Bought a new C3326dw and had printing problems right out of the box! Contacted support and though I was being taken care of quickly and efficiently, but haven't received everything I was told I would get to fix the situation and no response back from the support agent. Support ticket # 1-348264657971 Am now packing it up to return the printer and buy something else....Not Lexmark!!
