No shipping updates, poor customer service, never buying from NCIX again. Don't waste your time or money. Ordered a laptop mid-April - said it would ship within 1-3 days. Of course they took payment very promptly, made it look like shipping was immediate. Wait 2 weeks. No updates. I send 2 contacts via online feedback form. No response (eventually received 2 weeks later). I tried calling and at least the agent gave me an update is that they're backordered and shipping soon. One month later, I get email says it has shipped. But I have no clue... still waiting a month later and no laptop... even if the laptop arrives eventually, this rating will stand... lousy lousy service. Really makes you appreciate Amazon service and integrated supply chain to tell you exactly where your order stands and shipping status.

One of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Trying to get through to support for ordered items is literally impossible. I ordered a laptop, and received no tracking number. Then, it turns out, the store it was being sent to is closed permanently. No notice on that, either. No way to get a refund, and they don't answer their phones anymore. The only suggestion I have to people that still have outstanding orders is to issue a chargeback.

Bad service for finding out what was wrong with the PC Said it would take 5 days to figure out what the problem was with our computer that wasn't working. Didn't call didn't say there was a delay. Called them again on the 6th business day only to hear them say there was a huge backlog and hadn't got round to it yet and it would be done tomorrow. Wasn't happy with the answer, should have communicated better or get the job done. Didn't discount or do anything to mend the issue so asking for a refund and giving it to the nearby PC store that has 4.8 rating and will fix it same day. Thanks a lot for wasting a week of our time on our main home computer! Highly unprofessional and lousy customer service and well as not getting the work done in time.

Worst online experience I've ever had Worst online experience I've ever had. Messages are not answered, requests to void transactions are not done. Filed a complaint with my credit card company, Consumer Protection BC and the OPCQ. This isn't how a serious business should function.
