CAIn 2013 I purchased a custom i7 machine … In 2013 I purchased a custom i7 machine from NCIX for photo editing. I was extremely happy with the product and service that I got from them so when my brother decided he needed a new machine for his photo editing I had no hesitation recommending NCIX as a local and reliable company. His subsequent experience attempting to contact service for a 4 TB WD Red drive that never worked has given me cause to regret my recommendation. The management at NCIX seems more concerned with their Audi's and Porches than providing customer service. It is very sad.

CAI did purchase 3 times from their … I did purchase 3 times from their website (Canada store), and only one of them arrived on time. The others had delay 3-7days because there are no communication between departments. Moreover, some negative reviews on products never show up, and for instance I wrote a bad review for a GPU 2 times (1-month between each) and none of them appeared under that product on their website. So at this point I suggest to stay away from their stores or check tons of other stores and reviews before you buy from them.

CAWow, asolute disgusting experience Wow, just wow! By far the worst online company I ever dealt with. Put an order, everything looks fine, confirmation etc etc, time goes and after a month contacting them to inquire about my order, their CSR replies with a lousy apology that the item is "discontinued" !!! It's one of the best sellers and they still currently offer it. Wow, never again with these crocks, authorities should intervene and shut them down.

CATerrible customer service Terrible customer service. I purchased an item over 2 weeks ago, saying there was 2 in stock. The payment went through, but I never received shipping info. I submitted two different support tickets and requested a call back to speak to someone about this - none were responded to. I never got a phone call, even though they said they called (I had my phone in hand - they didn't call), and I haven't gotten a response from the support tickets. I paid extra for fast shipping. This is truly unfortunate as they had a good thing going - terrible customer service will be your downfall and ultimate demise if this is larger problem is not addressed. NCIX is flat out ignoring my requests for contact and have effectively stolen my money. I have to now go through the credit card company. I will no longer shop with NCIX and I will advise everyone I know to stay away from this terrible company.

CAFake stock. Slow refund if ever. crap. Showed all 3 items I need in stock. Took my money and shipped one item next week. Another item two weeks later. Then never shipped the third item. Contacted them and told me no stock and didn't know when will restock. Cancelled my order and requested a cheque refund. Another two weeks later the cheque was not shipped. By any standard, this company should just close. First and last time spent my money there.
