Horrible I ordered a GTX 1060 AMP! Edition GPU from NCIX during the black Friday weekend. They then I email them about not receiving it, and they say that it had been in back order since the day after cyber Monday! Which they thought wasn't worth telling me. After that day, I had emailed them 7 times asking for refunds, but wait no replies after a whole week. NEVER USE NCIX.

WORST WARRANTY SERVICE "I had bought a Galaxy Table S from ncix in 2015 and got damaged. I took it to the store that I had purchased it from September 20 2016 and I was told that they will either repair or replace it since the warranty was still valid. Nevertheless to say that as of today December 18th 2016 I have not received my tab back and despite my call to the headquarters last week and the assurance of rectifying the issue ASAP, I have not heard anything back from them. I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER shop with them again, very frustrating process and misleading information from NCIX has made it very clear that they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. "

Bad service for finding out what was wrong with the PC Said it would take 5 days to figure out what the problem was with our computer that wasn't working. Didn't call didn't say there was a delay. Called them again on the 6th business day only to hear them say there was a huge backlog and hadn't got round to it yet and it would be done tomorrow. Wasn't happy with the answer, should have communicated better or get the job done. Didn't discount or do anything to mend the issue so asking for a refund and giving it to the nearby PC store that has 4.8 rating and will fix it same day. Thanks a lot for wasting a week of our time on our main home computer! Highly unprofessional and lousy customer service and well as not getting the work done in time.

Great Sales, Support, Price Match, ETC!! Wow, when i first found NCIX's website i was so happy! Everything about NCIX is amazing. The Costs on NCIX are so cheap, comparing it from other shops online. NCIX's support always responds as soon as possible. The Price Match is one of my favorites (ONLY IF YOUR IN CANADA), Price Match is like “We guarantee the lowest prices!” “We’ll beat any advertised price!” which is true. Overall i give the website FIVE STARS! This website is mostly recommended and best for getting PC's built, buying keyboard's, headsets, and speakers/monitors/tv's/etc.
