GBI had no idea what gadgetweb was until… I had no idea what gadgetweb was until I did not receive the clearrear bidet. After sending an email asking when I would get it, a response came from gadgetweb. Subsequent email responses are evasive jibberish. Can't get through on the phone. Have received no help from PayPal. Anybody got any ideas?

GBAs others have said As others have said, this is a total scam! My order supposedly shipped two months ago. They gave me a tracking number, it was just a shipping label created to look like they shipped. Vague emails, claim they can't refund because the item is in transit. Stay far away from them!

GBlike all the others they rate a 0 not a… like all the others they rate a 0 not a star. Ordered an item thru walmart, said it was out of stock and not going to be restocked, but yet they said it was shipped and coming, and delivered, no way, no tracking no nothing, Ha Ha, now try and get your money back, good luck. Stay Away

GBDisgusted by company offer Disgusted with the offer given for iPhone 5s. I had sent a perfect working phone into the company and originally offered £103.00 odd. This is a phone my son had looked after, he changed the cover from heavy duty whilst in work to a gel one when not. Continually cleaned it and purchased tempered glass for the cover. Never once did it have to be repaired. I have to phone them today and they insult me by offering £20.00, saying its bent and a volume button is sticking. I asked for the phone back and they offer me an extra £5.00 on top. Still insulted I have asked for the phone to be returned immediately. Let's see how long it takes them to get it back. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT! Will put the new amount of how much I sold it for when it's returned. Will stick to Envirophone or Mazumba in future no problem with them!!!!!!!

GBOne of the "hide behind the small print" brigade! I wish I had read some reviews about this company before I decided to send my phone to them. The website offered £120 for my 2yr old Samsung Galaxy Note 2 which is in good condition. There was a price for a working phone and another for non-working phones, nowhere to enter any specific details. I was knocked back to £20 for something called "lcd burn" so I asked for my phone back. I sent it with the original charger in the original box and received my phone today, minus the box and charger. I was told it would be destroyed as my phone wasn't new and "it says that in the small print". The least they could have done was return my phone etc exactly as I sent it to them! It's a pretty disgusting way to treat a customer, it demonstrates a complete lack of regard for people's belongings and a shameful hiding behind the small print which is a poor excuse for any company to use. Not even a whiff of apology from the smug customer service staff! Absolutely appalling!!!
