GBPlaced my order on May 10th and still… Placed my order on May 10th and still nothing on June 5th. No communication stating that order is back ordered or whatever... NOTHING!!! When I contacted them to cancel my order, SURPRISE, they sent me a tracking number. Of course when you look at the tracking, it states "Currently Awaiting Package" which is what it has stated for 5 days now. I can create a tracking number but doesn't mean I actually shipped anything. Terrible company.

GBI purchased some inexpensive premium… I purchased some inexpensive premium earpods and it came with a free watch. The watch all they can tell you to set regular time was it's in settings. I was also charged 7.83 + free gift I guess was the watch that does not work right. They gave me product warranty I did not order! The representative said oh, warranty was only $7.83 like I have money to burn!

GBis ok but can be faster the service the service is very slow specially the payment 10 working days should be faster. The service i don't know told me my phone is average what means average and you take of £30 which is a lot. In the end yes i took it as i need the money, But in overall my satisfaction not much, sorry

GBWhere is my money...again! After nearly a month of waiting for my payment... Today is the day. No money in bank! I Would like my iPhone sent back to me ASAP otherwise immediate action will be taken regarding this matter. Again, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

GBOne of the "hide behind the small print" brigade! I wish I had read some reviews about this company before I decided to send my phone to them. The website offered £120 for my 2yr old Samsung Galaxy Note 2 which is in good condition. There was a price for a working phone and another for non-working phones, nowhere to enter any specific details. I was knocked back to £20 for something called "lcd burn" so I asked for my phone back. I sent it with the original charger in the original box and received my phone today, minus the box and charger. I was told it would be destroyed as my phone wasn't new and "it says that in the small print". The least they could have done was return my phone etc exactly as I sent it to them! It's a pretty disgusting way to treat a customer, it demonstrates a complete lack of regard for people's belongings and a shameful hiding behind the small print which is a poor excuse for any company to use. Not even a whiff of apology from the smug customer service staff! Absolutely appalling!!!
