Rip off Horrible experience with trying to contact them. I paid for an item almost a month ago. Never received a confirmation email but they sure reached out to me to be sure I came back to buy items I looked at before. I've tried to contact by email provided on website but no response.

Disgusted by company offer Disgusted with the offer given for iPhone 5s. I had sent a perfect working phone into the company and originally offered £103.00 odd. This is a phone my son had looked after, he changed the cover from heavy duty whilst in work to a gel one when not. Continually cleaned it and purchased tempered glass for the cover. Never once did it have to be repaired. I have to phone them today and they insult me by offering £20.00, saying its bent and a volume button is sticking. I asked for the phone back and they offer me an extra £5.00 on top. Still insulted I have asked for the phone to be returned immediately. Let's see how long it takes them to get it back. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT! Will put the new amount of how much I sold it for when it's returned. Will stick to Envirophone or Mazumba in future no problem with them!!!!!!!

Placed my order on May 10th and still… Placed my order on May 10th and still nothing on June 5th. No communication stating that order is back ordered or whatever... NOTHING!!! When I contacted them to cancel my order, SURPRISE, they sent me a tracking number. Of course when you look at the tracking, it states "Currently Awaiting Package" which is what it has stated for 5 days now. I can create a tracking number but doesn't mean I actually shipped anything. Terrible company.

is ok but can be faster the service the service is very slow specially the payment 10 working days should be faster. The service i don't know told me my phone is average what means average and you take of £30 which is a lot. In the end yes i took it as i need the money, But in overall my satisfaction not much, sorry
