GBTerrible product and worse service The good service we experienced with WOW ended when Breezeway took over. Initial cable TV problems were temporarily resolved. We are now experiencing frequent internet and phone outages and cable service that is not much better than broadcast television. Net problems continue after new modem installed. Tech said problem id due to old equipment that worked before Breezeline and we might be able to fix the problem if we pay for upgrades - is it wrong to expect reliable service when we are paying over $2,ooo per year?

GBBreezeline are Rip Off Artists!! Breezeline are thieves regarding their rate increases. They use the old, "It's not our fault line of BS, blaming the price increases on the TV stations, sports etc. Well how about your outrageous Internet Connectivity charges increases? Mine have doubled in 1 year. Now with the loss of ACP discount, MY INTERNET COSTS will quadruple from what they were 2 years ago. From $11.49 To $44.50. Regarding your cable TV costs, I'M LOCKED INTO THAT BS because I live in an HOA and have no choice But to Pay, due to the infinite wisdom of the powers to be to get into a Ten Year Contract with these Thief Artists. Wonder how much the HOA powers to be got off this BS Rip Off Multi Million Dollar Contract?! If you don't live in an HOA and Have a Choice regarding your cable provider, DON'T CHOOSE BREEZELINE!! Please, Don't Choose Breezeline....... YOU HAVE A CHOICE, I DIDN'T.........

GBWhere do I begin? Let's start with that unbelievably grating automated attendant with the pretend tone "I'm sorry I didn't get that". I'm not a violent fellow but become so when navigating their infuriating phone system. So they jacked my bill by almost 100% in two years cause they can - or thought they could until I gave them the one finger salute. Went to Starlink with better speed and less money - am rather tickled with it. 6 months from now municipal is coming online. They are deservedly screwed.

GBTerrible Customer Service Waits I was stuck with them after Atlantic Broadband got bought by them. As soon as they did, they closed all retail locations and have made everything via phone. The problem is that anytime you need to do anything, its 1-2 hour of wait time on hold. I think they're hoping people just give up on. trying to cancel after they jack up the prices. Never again.

GBFirst let me start off I have been… First let me start off I have been without internet all day after a customer service representative said there was a outage in my area and would be back on at 4:30 that was a lie ! Still out of service the earliest they can come out is over a week from now like huh?? I am paying for a service I can not use do your research on internet service to save yourself some stress
