Terrible company Terrible company. Been with them for years only due to the fact Comcast doesn’t service where I live. Outages every other week.

Use any other internet provider… If you live at an address that can be serviced by any other provider you should go with the alternative. From the first contact after moving to an area that it was satellite or these yahoos for cable internet we chose Breezeline. Less than half the month did we get more than half the speed we paid for. 5 months after beginning service the bill more than doubled. They said nothing could be done that the promotion period had ended. A few weeks later a new company begins running cable and offers 300 mbps faster speed for less money with 2 years of rate guaranteed. Been trying to cancel my service for days, they transferred me to extensions with no workers when you call during business hours, and get the call back during business hours when you call any other time. The online attendant can't stop service and it appears there are no actual employees that can stop service either.

Terrible Customer Service Waits I was stuck with them after Atlantic Broadband got bought by them. As soon as they did, they closed all retail locations and have made everything via phone. The problem is that anytime you need to do anything, its 1-2 hour of wait time on hold. I think they're hoping people just give up on. trying to cancel after they jack up the prices. Never again.

Where do I begin? Let's start with that unbelievably grating automated attendant with the pretend tone "I'm sorry I didn't get that". I'm not a violent fellow but become so when navigating their infuriating phone system. So they jacked my bill by almost 100% in two years cause they can - or thought they could until I gave them the one finger salute. Went to Starlink with better speed and less money - am rather tickled with it. 6 months from now municipal is coming online. They are deservedly screwed.

Horrible Company and Awful Service This company is the worst business that I have dealt with in decades!! They are overpriced and speeds were consistently less than half of what they promised. I finally had enough and canceled, moving to a competitor. I returned the outdated equipment that I had been renting from them for years and 6 months later they sent me a bill for the equipment stating that they never received it. 6 months!!! This is well beyond the time when the return package can be tracked. They are demanding $334 because I can't prove the equipment was returned. What a scam!! Save yourself and choose another company. You will never get what you pay for and they will come after you when you leave. It's like an abusive relationship!!! Never again.
