AUWe have JIRA Integration enabled for… We have JIRA Integration enabled for TimeDoctor. Most of my team members have a head ache with this tool. Every time we ask guys from Timedoctor, they respond with robot like response like 'Did you clear you browser cache" and re-enable the integration. JIRA status says "Available" . . . Please stay away from this tool . . . as we have log time against our JIRA task, it breaks frequently and it forces us to manually log our time.

GBOvercharged Overcharged. Then when I try to cancel, they gave me this message, "Your cancellation request was sent to our support team on undefined. They'll be in touch to let you know when the cancellation is completed. You can re-submit for cancellation after 7 days."

GBTime Doctor over charging and bad service I am somewhat disappointed with the service. It is very difficult to backup old users and then remove them from Time Doctor. Technical support is not very good. This seems to be a deliberate policy so that you accumulate more and more users and end up paying more money to Time Doctor! Other companies have much better systems in place so that you know how much you will be charged. To try and stop payments you have to email them.

AUAdditional unauthorised charge to Credit Card My company signed up for an annual subscription with one user for $111. After our first user had quit, we added another user (the first user didn't show up anywhere and we weren't informed that there would be an additional charge or prompted to uprade the plan). A second charge of $111 appeared on our business credit card from Time Doctor. We contact Time Doctor to explain the situation and request a refund and were told it's against their policy to give refunds?! As dodgy as it gets, beware!

ITAs someone who uses this app to Micromanaging and malware are not the way to keep your employees happy and productive @ work As someone who uses this app to work, this really hurts my productivity as I feel watched all the time, also it's tricky and even dangerous they get so much visibility into my accounts, passwords and internal communications. Not at all a tool you'd want in your business. Micromanaging and malware are not the way to keep your employees happy and productive.
