GBI am a TD users for many years....and… I am a TD users for many years....and moved from TD 1 to TD 2 on the promise of new features and a sexier set up. But wow - what a shock & disappointment. Really killed me - as now I have to make a decision if I move my whole team back to TD 1 or elsewhere...the time spent moving my whole team, checking this platform out and trying to get my head around it - I am gutted. We have multiple accounts and pay a few thousand a year in monthly bills. In review of TD 2 - integrations - yes there - we need Teamwork, when we test it - it does not work the same or have the same features as TD 1 version. It is not TD - but Teamwork who do this - but wow..a kick when we move over. Secondly - we cannot switch off mobile in TD2 - the features and options are awful in my option compared to TD1. This is super painful - I have to manually remind and tell my team they cannot use this and now answer constant questions as to why we cannot use the app, as team members "accidently" use or or have to use it for a few weeks as their laptop is broken, etc. An option to switch it off? Personally I think the app loads very slow as well. Just my opinion..but I guess I am already down on it. The main reason we moved - it integrates into Wise - amazing for payroll. I go to the platform to export my payroll and of course it only exports in select currencies - not all the currencies that Wise offer...boom - I pay in local currencies - not USD and of course the ones I need are not available. What an absolute farce. I gave 2 stars as TD 1 was solid for me - but wow I have lost so much time on the half baked TD 2 - sorry to write this, as TD 1 has been amazing for us. I appreciate the new platform is being built out - but I am very upset tonight on all of these things...hopefully in the years ahead it gets there. If considering TD - dont go with 2 - go with 1...its good.

GBBad Customer treatment decided me against this company I decided NOT to purchase this software because of the manner in which I was treated by the company when I made contact. I sent them a list of criteria I needed fulfilled and details on how many people, computers and how the the network was configured. First, they ignored my criteria and pushed and pushed for me to do their 'free trial' which I'm not going to do until I know it's at least got MOST of what I'm looking for. Can you imagine what would happen if I had to test every piece of software I was considering??? So, I was diligent and insisted they respond to my queries. I had to make those queries no fewer than FOUR times before I got an answer which, basically, consisted of "We can't do what you need". At which point I thanked them and moved on to other software. THEN, Worse, they started spamming me with all sorts of stuff about their software. Worst of all, I got a completely unsolicited and, in my opinion, incredibly RUDE e-mail where they are 'instructing' me about how "Some employees might not be happy to use the Time Doctor software if they feel like it's 'monitoring' or 'big brother' and providing me with "... ways you can make your team more comfortable with the software..." Seriously?! Are they actually trying to tell me how to manage my own business??! I finally had to threaten legal action to get them to stop. THEN, they just HAD to contact me one last time. BUT, instead of "We apologize, we won't contact you again." which while a childish last-word game, would have been OK if they'd done that and stopped. But NO. They had to take the time to 'explain' to me that their way of doing things is 'better' and quote US law to me to prove they hadn't actually done anything wrong. That is terribly immature and unprofessional, not to mention just plain RUDE. I don't care HOW good the software it. I refuse to do business with a firm that hires such a childish and petulant staff.

AUWe have JIRA Integration enabled for… We have JIRA Integration enabled for TimeDoctor. Most of my team members have a head ache with this tool. Every time we ask guys from Timedoctor, they respond with robot like response like 'Did you clear you browser cache" and re-enable the integration. JIRA status says "Available" . . . Please stay away from this tool . . . as we have log time against our JIRA task, it breaks frequently and it forces us to manually log our time.

PTScammers! I started my trial account with this company on last October and at the time I didnt purchased their service. Yesterday, I went to my account again and when trying to purchase their service, the amount was $100 dollars with $100 discount. After I clicked the purchase button and after they charged my card the amount was raised to $300 and this is what was taken out of my card. I have tried right away to cancel the transaction and even opened the chat and spoke with an agent that told me that the $100 discount were not valid anymore and also that $100 was for 1 user, so they decided to charge for 3 users without even having a confirmation checkout for us to see what we are paying. This agent told me that he was going to cancel my account due to this situation and I thought the money was not even going to be charged from my card. But today the money was taken from my card, I contacted again via chat and the agent in question (Margaret) told me that they dont do any refunds, which I told her that on the FAQs they have before we make the purchase, which says the following: "Yes, Time Doctor offers a full refund within the first 30 days of service (service period starts once you become a paying customer after the 14 day free trial.) Refunds requested outside of the first 30 days will be reviewed and assessed for special circumstances including, service interruptions or if you previously requested to cancel your account and it was not deactivated." After this the agent started playing dumb regarding this question saying that my account was created in October so the refund didnt apply because it had more than 30 days, when it clearly states on the above condition that the service only starts after you become a paying costumer. I have reported this to my credit card issuer as fraud and cancelled my credit card so I dont have future surprises!

VNUnethical software! Unethical software!. Extreme micro management. It doesn't only take screenshots but also actual photos of the employee via webcam. Business owners using this software better know that your employees working for you are just all about money.
