they truly sell a junk, indeed..... hI ordered a Sony DVD player through their website. In 2 days got call from Victor, telling me that this Sony model obsolete, 5 years old , and that Pioneer 420 model will do the job. I asked if this is reliable model, he said, the best no complaints so far, very popular. Guess what , in 3 days received the DVD, turned on, tray wouldn't open. Tried several times, no result.Sent it back to the store and threatened them via e-mail with BBB (Better Business Bureau) .Let see how long it takes to get a refund?! On the top of everything I had to pay both way shipping cost $ 30 USD

go with Amazon! I live overseas and needed them to get my pal/ntsc converter box to a friend so she could bring it: not sent. Found another way to get it here, got it and the AC adapter is the WRONG one. They have not yet reimbursed the shipping difference between 1st delivery (to Canada) and second delivery (to VA). Told me that the unit is packed somewhere else. Have requested they overnight a new one to me--any bets?

Region Free DVD player works as advertised I was sceptical, but took a gamble on this company--ordered a Sony BDP-S3700 DVD/Blu Ray player. Cost a fortune to ship all the way to Asia, but it actually works! I've used it to watch DVDs from Europe, the UK, USA, Japan, and South Korea, including NTSC and PAL. Also Blu-Ray disks from Korea, Europe, and the USA. No problems, all the functions work as advertised. One problem is that the unit says 120V current only, while the site advertises it as 100-240V. Luckily I have a transformer to convert the current, and I'm so just happy to finally have a player for my international collection of movies that I'm willing to forgive this one point.

Rip off !!! I ordered 2 coolair 29 July 2018. To make a long story short, I recieved 1 of the 2 10 days later. I payed FedEx express so I would get it in 2-4 days , that didnt happen since they sent it 8 days after I ordered it. I got a refund for the one they didn't send. Today I get an invoice from FedEx saying i need to pay 21 euros in administrative fee and customs fee. This the company told them the reciever will pay for. It doesn't say anywhere because if I would have known all of this I would never pay 80 euros for ONE COOLAIR that cost 40 euros to begin with. I'm waiting for response from this company in the case of the expressfee and the other fee I got as an invoice. Overall I would NOT recommend anyone to buy anything from this company. Btw it says TAK YUET INTERNATIONAL Hong Kong on the invoice. It's just a mess. My advice is choose another company.

Knock off brands from HongKong! So, my son -age 8- is a huge Pokemon nerd and all he wanted for his birthday was an Eevee plush. I ordered the thing, because no other store in Denmark had them in storage, and not only did it take three weeks to deliver, but it looks like a cheap knock-off brand with something like Korean language on the label. I will never ever order anything from this place again.
