Don’t buy from them! Scam! I bought one item and they shipped me something different. I emailed notifying them and they said they would send the correct product. It’s been 4 months and dozens of emails and no refund or correct product. Annoying!!

DO NOT trust this seller DO NOT trust this seller. They falsely advertise on many levels. Shipping time, refund, policy, and make false clams about details of the products. After this seller is found out and scams many people they just go and make a new websites with the same cheap/falsely advertised products. Not clever people, as can tell by the layout of their website--its the same from site to site-just a different name

Criminals, beware This company stole my money. They refuse to refund me even though they never delivered my parcel, it's been over seven months now. They don't even have the decency to respond to my mails anymore. I'm not sure if they ever sent a parcel, what I do know is they don't even have an active tracking number now. They refused to even tell me what their refund procedure is - I suppose for obvious reasons. This seems to be their business model.

I bought a Frozen castle for my niece I bought a Frozen castle for my niece. The item took ages to arrive and when it did it was sent in a plastic bag (no box) and with many pieces broken (and those that weren't did connect well together). They agreed to send me a refund but only if I paid to return the item to them (despite their returns policy stating otherwise). Terrible product, badly packaged & poor customer service. Avoid at all costs (just wish I'd read these reviews before parting with 24 quid!)
