Scam company Scam company. We purchased an item from them and never received any information about shipping. Contacted them through there site because calling them they never answer always a recording. Wrote back and said that they never received our payment even though our credit card payment is on the credit card site. Write them and said they are a scam wrote back and said they found our payment and there was a bug on it. Still nothing from them. Lucky our credit card company refunded us after we disputed charges

Distressed child My daughter ordered for my grandson a lego avenger endgame. On the advertisement wasn't clear that it was a fake one and also was written that it would arrive in 2 or 3 days. It took 20 days to arrive and to our sourprise wasn't a box but a package with all the pieces loose. When my grandson opened the package he burst in tears telling it was a fake one. I wrote to home import world to send the package back and have a rifund and the answer was "as specifically noted on the product listing, it's a generic product". I'm sorry to say it was a very bad experience to ordered from them and we would never use this company again. Vanna Mohr

I ordered an Arctic Air Cooler Fan on… I ordered an Arctic Air Cooler Fan on 12th August. Checked the shipping details and it supposedly still at the airport awaiting clearance after almost 2 weeks. Guess I will never get the item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!

They sell only JUNK. I bought Region Free Recorder and Region Free VHS-DVD Player Combo. Within a month, started having problem, I had to return and exchanged another ones, paying more. In a year, the VHS player started to eat my video tape, so I stopped using. Also, the Recorder started not to play any US store bought DVDs. I asked Victor what I could do about the Recorder, but he said the DVDs are wrong, and there is nothing we can do. He asked me to get another DVD from the store. On the other regular US standard player, I could play all of them. He was not very helpful and I will not buy any of there products again.

I bought a Frozen castle for my niece I bought a Frozen castle for my niece. The item took ages to arrive and when it did it was sent in a plastic bag (no box) and with many pieces broken (and those that weren't did connect well together). They agreed to send me a refund but only if I paid to return the item to them (despite their returns policy stating otherwise). Terrible product, badly packaged & poor customer service. Avoid at all costs (just wish I'd read these reviews before parting with 24 quid!)
