DO NOT trust this seller DO NOT trust this seller. They falsely advertise on many levels. Shipping time, refund, policy, and make false clams about details of the products. After this seller is found out and scams many people they just go and make a new websites with the same cheap/falsely advertised products. Not clever people, as can tell by the layout of their website--its the same from site to site-just a different name

I bought a Frozen castle for my niece I bought a Frozen castle for my niece. The item took ages to arrive and when it did it was sent in a plastic bag (no box) and with many pieces broken (and those that weren't did connect well together). They agreed to send me a refund but only if I paid to return the item to them (despite their returns policy stating otherwise). Terrible product, badly packaged & poor customer service. Avoid at all costs (just wish I'd read these reviews before parting with 24 quid!)

Scam company Scam company. We purchased an item from them and never received any information about shipping. Contacted them through there site because calling them they never answer always a recording. Wrote back and said that they never received our payment even though our credit card payment is on the credit card site. Write them and said they are a scam wrote back and said they found our payment and there was a bug on it. Still nothing from them. Lucky our credit card company refunded us after we disputed charges

they truly sell a junk, indeed..... hI ordered a Sony DVD player through their website. In 2 days got call from Victor, telling me that this Sony model obsolete, 5 years old , and that Pioneer 420 model will do the job. I asked if this is reliable model, he said, the best no complaints so far, very popular. Guess what , in 3 days received the DVD, turned on, tray wouldn't open. Tried several times, no result.Sent it back to the store and threatened them via e-mail with BBB (Better Business Bureau) .Let see how long it takes to get a refund?! On the top of everything I had to pay both way shipping cost $ 30 USD
