DKKnock off brands from HongKong! So, my son -age 8- is a huge Pokemon nerd and all he wanted for his birthday was an Eevee plush. I ordered the thing, because no other store in Denmark had them in storage, and not only did it take three weeks to deliver, but it looks like a cheap knock-off brand with something like Korean language on the label. I will never ever order anything from this place again.

ITDistressed child My daughter ordered for my grandson a lego avenger endgame. On the advertisement wasn't clear that it was a fake one and also was written that it would arrive in 2 or 3 days. It took 20 days to arrive and to our sourprise wasn't a box but a package with all the pieces loose. When my grandson opened the package he burst in tears telling it was a fake one. I wrote to home import world to send the package back and have a rifund and the answer was "as specifically noted on the product listing, it's a generic product". I'm sorry to say it was a very bad experience to ordered from them and we would never use this company again. Vanna Mohr

GBthey truly sell a junk, indeed..... hI ordered a Sony DVD player through their website. In 2 days got call from Victor, telling me that this Sony model obsolete, 5 years old , and that Pioneer 420 model will do the job. I asked if this is reliable model, he said, the best no complaints so far, very popular. Guess what , in 3 days received the DVD, turned on, tray wouldn't open. Tried several times, no result.Sent it back to the store and threatened them via e-mail with BBB (Better Business Bureau) .Let see how long it takes to get a refund?! On the top of everything I had to pay both way shipping cost $ 30 USD

KRRegion Free DVD player works as advertised I was sceptical, but took a gamble on this company--ordered a Sony BDP-S3700 DVD/Blu Ray player. Cost a fortune to ship all the way to Asia, but it actually works! I've used it to watch DVDs from Europe, the UK, USA, Japan, and South Korea, including NTSC and PAL. Also Blu-Ray disks from Korea, Europe, and the USA. No problems, all the functions work as advertised. One problem is that the unit says 120V current only, while the site advertises it as 100-240V. Luckily I have a transformer to convert the current, and I'm so just happy to finally have a player for my international collection of movies that I'm willing to forgive this one point.

GBI bought a Frozen castle for my niece I bought a Frozen castle for my niece. The item took ages to arrive and when it did it was sent in a plastic bag (no box) and with many pieces broken (and those that weren't did connect well together). They agreed to send me a refund but only if I paid to return the item to them (despite their returns policy stating otherwise). Terrible product, badly packaged & poor customer service. Avoid at all costs (just wish I'd read these reviews before parting with 24 quid!)
