I recently bought a region free blu ray player from these guys. First, they sent the wrong unit. I had to return before they would ship correct unit. Unit arrived and worked intermittently from the beginning. I tried sw updates, restore to default etc. finally shipped back (at my expense for an in-warranty player). Called after two weeks. “Sam” said he would call back that day with status. No call back. I’ve tried their two numbers from different phones and no answer at all now. It’s been 21 days of nothing. So I’m done with these crooks. Definitely avoid these guys. Proven incompetent in shipping/receiving, cheap in making customer pay shipping on in-warranty items and criminal in not honoring warranty.

Would Give Negative Review If I Could Bought some Pokėmon cards as a Christmas gift for my child. I get the package on the 2nd of January. Secondly, the cards are fake! Like 100% can tell fake, box was all wrong, packs were fake looking, cards were glossy finish, every pack had a Gx or better in it that was a holo sticker placed onto some cardboard stock. Well there goes my money. Some of the cards were hilarious to pull though. Was supposed to be Celestial Storm packs but was getting hyper rare raichu from Shining Legends, prism cards that were not even holo, secret rares like nest ball and none of these so called Pokémon cards were textured as would the real hyper rares and secret rares for Pokémon cards. Also, the packs said on them "10 ADDITIONAL GAME CARDS" but didn't contain more than 9 in each pack.

They sell only JUNK. I bought Region Free Recorder and Region Free VHS-DVD Player Combo. Within a month, started having problem, I had to return and exchanged another ones, paying more. In a year, the VHS player started to eat my video tape, so I stopped using. Also, the Recorder started not to play any US store bought DVDs. I asked Victor what I could do about the Recorder, but he said the DVDs are wrong, and there is nothing we can do. He asked me to get another DVD from the store. On the other regular US standard player, I could play all of them. He was not very helpful and I will not buy any of there products again.

Knock off brands from HongKong! So, my son -age 8- is a huge Pokemon nerd and all he wanted for his birthday was an Eevee plush. I ordered the thing, because no other store in Denmark had them in storage, and not only did it take three weeks to deliver, but it looks like a cheap knock-off brand with something like Korean language on the label. I will never ever order anything from this place again.

Distressed child My daughter ordered for my grandson a lego avenger endgame. On the advertisement wasn't clear that it was a fake one and also was written that it would arrive in 2 or 3 days. It took 20 days to arrive and to our sourprise wasn't a box but a package with all the pieces loose. When my grandson opened the package he burst in tears telling it was a fake one. I wrote to home import world to send the package back and have a rifund and the answer was "as specifically noted on the product listing, it's a generic product". I'm sorry to say it was a very bad experience to ordered from them and we would never use this company again. Vanna Mohr
