would never order from them again Took my 52 inch Sony tv to europe and bought Pal To NTSC converter. They "lost" the first one and was never able to use the tracking number they provided. Eventually a unit arrived which worked fine for about four months. emailed them with details of problem but it took many more emails to get a response. They asked me to send it back(from Europe) and they would examine and repair if it was under warranty! I even offered to pay for delivery of a replacement until mine could be returned and still they don't respond. This company does not deserve even one star.

Arctic Air Fan Arctic Air Fan I purchased 3, postage took months and when I finally received them they were all broken internally and didn’t work. I asked for a refund and they send me another broken fan! Don’t buy from this company they are scammers!

Criminals, beware This company stole my money. They refuse to refund me even though they never delivered my parcel, it's been over seven months now. They don't even have the decency to respond to my mails anymore. I'm not sure if they ever sent a parcel, what I do know is they don't even have an active tracking number now. They refused to even tell me what their refund procedure is - I suppose for obvious reasons. This seems to be their business model.

Scam company Scam company. We purchased an item from them and never received any information about shipping. Contacted them through there site because calling them they never answer always a recording. Wrote back and said that they never received our payment even though our credit card payment is on the credit card site. Write them and said they are a scam wrote back and said they found our payment and there was a bug on it. Still nothing from them. Lucky our credit card company refunded us after we disputed charges
