Rip off !!! I ordered 2 coolair 29 July 2018. To make a long story short, I recieved 1 of the 2 10 days later. I payed FedEx express so I would get it in 2-4 days , that didnt happen since they sent it 8 days after I ordered it. I got a refund for the one they didn't send. Today I get an invoice from FedEx saying i need to pay 21 euros in administrative fee and customs fee. This the company told them the reciever will pay for. It doesn't say anywhere because if I would have known all of this I would never pay 80 euros for ONE COOLAIR that cost 40 euros to begin with. I'm waiting for response from this company in the case of the expressfee and the other fee I got as an invoice. Overall I would NOT recommend anyone to buy anything from this company. Btw it says TAK YUET INTERNATIONAL Hong Kong on the invoice. It's just a mess. My advice is choose another company.

Scam company Scam company. We purchased an item from them and never received any information about shipping. Contacted them through there site because calling them they never answer always a recording. Wrote back and said that they never received our payment even though our credit card payment is on the credit card site. Write them and said they are a scam wrote back and said they found our payment and there was a bug on it. Still nothing from them. Lucky our credit card company refunded us after we disputed charges

1 STAR WOULD BE GENEROUS I BOUGHT A DVD/VCR RECORDER LAST YEAR AND WITHIN 90 DAYS THE UNIT STOPPED WORKING. REPORTED THE PROBLEM, RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM VICTOR B. THAT HE WOULD FIX OR EXCHANGE THE UNIT. SENT THE UNIT BACK (AT MY EXPENSE) AND RECEIVED THE UNIT IN THE SAME SHAPE A MONTH LATER. THANKS FOR NOTHING VICTOR B.

Bought a board game Bought a board game, thinking I made a nice deal. Sent with no protection from hong kong, all parts were obviously counterfeit. No answer from their customer service. Reported them to the authorities, no answer there either. Its been over a year. Avoid at all cost.

DO NOT trust this seller DO NOT trust this seller. They falsely advertise on many levels. Shipping time, refund, policy, and make false clams about details of the products. After this seller is found out and scams many people they just go and make a new websites with the same cheap/falsely advertised products. Not clever people, as can tell by the layout of their website--its the same from site to site-just a different name
