Scam company Scam company. We purchased an item from them and never received any information about shipping. Contacted them through there site because calling them they never answer always a recording. Wrote back and said that they never received our payment even though our credit card payment is on the credit card site. Write them and said they are a scam wrote back and said they found our payment and there was a bug on it. Still nothing from them. Lucky our credit card company refunded us after we disputed charges

Go with 220 electronics Go with 220 electronics. Trust me. I’ve bought from both for years. I’m finally done with world import electronics. They are hit and miss, and when they miss it’s big. I recently bought a region free blu ray player from these guys. First, they sent the wrong unit. I had to return before they would ship correct unit. Unit arrived and worked intermittently from the beginning. I tried sw updates, restore to default etc. finally shipped back (at my expense for an in-warranty player). Called after two weeks. “Sam” said he would call back that day with status. No call back. I’ve tried their two numbers from different phones and no answer at all now. It’s been 21 days of nothing. So I’m done with these crooks. Definitely avoid these guys. Proven incompetent in shipping/receiving, cheap in making customer pay shipping on in-warranty items and criminal in not honoring warranty.

Rip off !!! I ordered 2 coolair 29 July 2018. To make a long story short, I recieved 1 of the 2 10 days later. I payed FedEx express so I would get it in 2-4 days , that didnt happen since they sent it 8 days after I ordered it. I got a refund for the one they didn't send. Today I get an invoice from FedEx saying i need to pay 21 euros in administrative fee and customs fee. This the company told them the reciever will pay for. It doesn't say anywhere because if I would have known all of this I would never pay 80 euros for ONE COOLAIR that cost 40 euros to begin with. I'm waiting for response from this company in the case of the expressfee and the other fee I got as an invoice. Overall I would NOT recommend anyone to buy anything from this company. Btw it says TAK YUET INTERNATIONAL Hong Kong on the invoice. It's just a mess. My advice is choose another company.

After this seller is found out and scams many people they just go and make a new websites with the same cheap/falsely advertised products. Not clever people, as can tell by the layout of their website--its the same from site to site-just a different name

Knock off brands from HongKong! So, my son -age 8- is a huge Pokemon nerd and all he wanted for his birthday was an Eevee plush. I ordered the thing, because no other store in Denmark had them in storage, and not only did it take three weeks to deliver, but it looks like a cheap knock-off brand with something like Korean language on the label. I will never ever order anything from this place again.
