PLBought a board game Bought a board game, thinking I made a nice deal. Sent with no protection from hong kong, all parts were obviously counterfeit. No answer from their customer service. Reported them to the authorities, no answer there either. Its been over a year. Avoid at all cost.

ZWgo with Amazon! I live overseas and needed them to get my pal/ntsc converter box to a friend so she could bring it: not sent. Found another way to get it here, got it and the AC adapter is the WRONG one. They have not yet reimbursed the shipping difference between 1st delivery (to Canada) and second delivery (to VA). Told me that the unit is packed somewhere else. Have requested they overnight a new one to me--any bets?

ITDistressed child My daughter ordered for my grandson a lego avenger endgame. On the advertisement wasn't clear that it was a fake one and also was written that it would arrive in 2 or 3 days. It took 20 days to arrive and to our sourprise wasn't a box but a package with all the pieces loose. When my grandson opened the package he burst in tears telling it was a fake one. I wrote to home import world to send the package back and have a rifund and the answer was "as specifically noted on the product listing, it's a generic product". I'm sorry to say it was a very bad experience to ordered from them and we would never use this company again. Vanna Mohr

GBDO NOT trust this seller DO NOT trust this seller. They falsely advertise on many levels. Shipping time, refund, policy, and make false clams about details of the products. After this seller is found out and scams many people they just go and make a new websites with the same cheap/falsely advertised products. Not clever people, as can tell by the layout of their website--its the same from site to site-just a different name

KRRegion Free DVD player works as advertised I was sceptical, but took a gamble on this company--ordered a Sony BDP-S3700 DVD/Blu Ray player. Cost a fortune to ship all the way to Asia, but it actually works! I've used it to watch DVDs from Europe, the UK, USA, Japan, and South Korea, including NTSC and PAL. Also Blu-Ray disks from Korea, Europe, and the USA. No problems, all the functions work as advertised. One problem is that the unit says 120V current only, while the site advertises it as 100-240V. Luckily I have a transformer to convert the current, and I'm so just happy to finally have a player for my international collection of movies that I'm willing to forgive this one point.
