Don’t buy from them! Scam! I bought one item and they shipped me something different. I emailed notifying them and they said they would send the correct product. It’s been 4 months and dozens of emails and no refund or correct product. Annoying!!

1 STAR WOULD BE GENEROUS I BOUGHT A DVD/VCR RECORDER LAST YEAR AND WITHIN 90 DAYS THE UNIT STOPPED WORKING. REPORTED THE PROBLEM, RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM VICTOR B. THAT HE WOULD FIX OR EXCHANGE THE UNIT. SENT THE UNIT BACK (AT MY EXPENSE) AND RECEIVED THE UNIT IN THE SAME SHAPE A MONTH LATER. THANKS FOR NOTHING VICTOR B.

Arctic Air Fan Arctic Air Fan I purchased 3, postage took months and when I finally received them they were all broken internally and didn’t work. I asked for a refund and they send me another broken fan! Don’t buy from this company they are scammers!

DO NOT trust this seller DO NOT trust this seller. They falsely advertise on many levels. Shipping time, refund, policy, and make false clams about details of the products. After this seller is found out and scams many people they just go and make a new websites with the same cheap/falsely advertised products. Not clever people, as can tell by the layout of their website--its the same from site to site-just a different name

Rip off !!! I ordered 2 coolair 29 July 2018. To make a long story short, I recieved 1 of the 2 10 days later. I payed FedEx express so I would get it in 2-4 days , that didnt happen since they sent it 8 days after I ordered it. I got a refund for the one they didn't send. Today I get an invoice from FedEx saying i need to pay 21 euros in administrative fee and customs fee. This the company told them the reciever will pay for. It doesn't say anywhere because if I would have known all of this I would never pay 80 euros for ONE COOLAIR that cost 40 euros to begin with. I'm waiting for response from this company in the case of the expressfee and the other fee I got as an invoice. Overall I would NOT recommend anyone to buy anything from this company. Btw it says TAK YUET INTERNATIONAL Hong Kong on the invoice. It's just a mess. My advice is choose another company.
