DO NOT trust this seller DO NOT trust this seller. They falsely advertise on many levels. Shipping time, refund, policy, and make false clams about details of the products. After this seller is found out and scams many people they just go and make a new websites with the same cheap/falsely advertised products. Not clever people, as can tell by the layout of their website--its the same from site to site-just a different name

I ordered an Arctic Air Cooler Fan on… I ordered an Arctic Air Cooler Fan on 12th August. Checked the shipping details and it supposedly still at the airport awaiting clearance after almost 2 weeks. Guess I will never get the item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!

Criminals, beware This company stole my money. They refuse to refund me even though they never delivered my parcel, it's been over seven months now. They don't even have the decency to respond to my mails anymore. I'm not sure if they ever sent a parcel, what I do know is they don't even have an active tracking number now. They refused to even tell me what their refund procedure is - I suppose for obvious reasons. This seems to be their business model.

Bought a board game Bought a board game, thinking I made a nice deal. Sent with no protection from hong kong, all parts were obviously counterfeit. No answer from their customer service. Reported them to the authorities, no answer there either. Its been over a year. Avoid at all cost.

Rip off !!! I ordered 2 coolair 29 July 2018. To make a long story short, I recieved 1 of the 2 10 days later. I payed FedEx express so I would get it in 2-4 days , that didnt happen since they sent it 8 days after I ordered it. I got a refund for the one they didn't send. Today I get an invoice from FedEx saying i need to pay 21 euros in administrative fee and customs fee. This the company told them the reciever will pay for. It doesn't say anywhere because if I would have known all of this I would never pay 80 euros for ONE COOLAIR that cost 40 euros to begin with. I'm waiting for response from this company in the case of the expressfee and the other fee I got as an invoice. Overall I would NOT recommend anyone to buy anything from this company. Btw it says TAK YUET INTERNATIONAL Hong Kong on the invoice. It's just a mess. My advice is choose another company.
