Don’t buy from them! Scam! I bought one item and they shipped me something different. I emailed notifying them and they said they would send the correct product. It’s been 4 months and dozens of emails and no refund or correct product. Annoying!!

Criminals, beware This company stole my money. They refuse to refund me even though they never delivered my parcel, it's been over seven months now. They don't even have the decency to respond to my mails anymore. I'm not sure if they ever sent a parcel, what I do know is they don't even have an active tracking number now. They refused to even tell me what their refund procedure is - I suppose for obvious reasons. This seems to be their business model.

1 STAR WOULD BE GENEROUS I BOUGHT A DVD/VCR RECORDER LAST YEAR AND WITHIN 90 DAYS THE UNIT STOPPED WORKING. REPORTED THE PROBLEM, RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM VICTOR B. THAT HE WOULD FIX OR EXCHANGE THE UNIT. SENT THE UNIT BACK (AT MY EXPENSE) AND RECEIVED THE UNIT IN THE SAME SHAPE A MONTH LATER. THANKS FOR NOTHING VICTOR B.

Scam company Scam company. We purchased an item from them and never received any information about shipping. Contacted them through there site because calling them they never answer always a recording. Wrote back and said that they never received our payment even though our credit card payment is on the credit card site. Write them and said they are a scam wrote back and said they found our payment and there was a bug on it. Still nothing from them. Lucky our credit card company refunded us after we disputed charges

Arctic Air Fan Arctic Air Fan I purchased 3, postage took months and when I finally received them they were all broken internally and didn’t work. I asked for a refund and they send me another broken fan! Don’t buy from this company they are scammers!
