would never order from them again Took my 52 inch Sony tv to europe and bought Pal To NTSC converter. They "lost" the first one and was never able to use the tracking number they provided. Eventually a unit arrived which worked fine for about four months. emailed them with details of problem but it took many more emails to get a response. They asked me to send it back(from Europe) and they would examine and repair if it was under warranty! I even offered to pay for delivery of a replacement until mine could be returned and still they don't respond. This company does not deserve even one star.

I recently bought a region free blu ray player from these guys. First, they sent the wrong unit. I had to return before they would ship correct unit. Unit arrived and worked intermittently from the beginning. I tried sw updates, restore to default etc. finally shipped back (at my expense for an in-warranty player). Called after two weeks. “Sam” said he would call back that day with status. No call back. I’ve tried their two numbers from different phones and no answer at all now. It’s been 21 days of nothing. So I’m done with these crooks. Definitely avoid these guys. Proven incompetent in shipping/receiving, cheap in making customer pay shipping on in-warranty items and criminal in not honoring warranty.

They sell only JUNK. I bought Region Free Recorder and Region Free VHS-DVD Player Combo. Within a month, started having problem, I had to return and exchanged another ones, paying more. In a year, the VHS player started to eat my video tape, so I stopped using. Also, the Recorder started not to play any US store bought DVDs. I asked Victor what I could do about the Recorder, but he said the DVDs are wrong, and there is nothing we can do. He asked me to get another DVD from the store. On the other regular US standard player, I could play all of them. He was not very helpful and I will not buy any of there products again.

After this seller is found out and scams many people they just go and make a new websites with the same cheap/falsely advertised products. Knock off brands from HongKong! So, my son -age 8- is a huge Pokemon nerd and all he wanted for his birthday was an Eevee plush. I ordered the thing, because no other store in Denmark had them in storage, and not only did it take three weeks to deliver, but it looks like a cheap knock-off brand with something like Korean language on the label. I will never ever order anything from this place again.
