The item took ages to arrive and when it did it was sent in a plastic bag (no box) and with many pieces broken (and those that weren't did connect well together). They agreed to send me a refund but only if I paid to return the item to them (despite their returns policy stating otherwise). Terrible product, badly packaged & poor customer service. Avoid at all costs (just wish I'd read these reviews before parting with 24 quid!)

Scam company Scam company. We purchased an item from them and never received any information about shipping. Contacted them through there site because calling them they never answer always a recording. Wrote back and said that they never received our payment even though our credit card payment is on the credit card site. Write them and said they are a scam wrote back and said they found our payment and there was a bug on it. Still nothing from them. Lucky our credit card company refunded us after we disputed charges

Knock off brands from HongKong! So, my son -age 8- is a huge Pokemon nerd and all he wanted for his birthday was an Eevee plush. I ordered the thing, because no other store in Denmark had them in storage, and not only did it take three weeks to deliver, but it looks like a cheap knock-off brand with something like Korean language on the label. I will never ever order anything from this place again.

1 STAR WOULD BE GENEROUS I BOUGHT A DVD/VCR RECORDER LAST YEAR AND WITHIN 90 DAYS THE UNIT STOPPED WORKING. REPORTED THE PROBLEM, RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM VICTOR B. THAT HE WOULD FIX OR EXCHANGE THE UNIT. SENT THE UNIT BACK (AT MY EXPENSE) AND RECEIVED THE UNIT IN THE SAME SHAPE A MONTH LATER. THANKS FOR NOTHING VICTOR B.

Bought a board game Bought a board game, thinking I made a nice deal. Sent with no protection from hong kong, all parts were obviously counterfeit. No answer from their customer service. Reported them to the authorities, no answer there either. Its been over a year. Avoid at all cost.
